BitcoinRush.io withdrawal issues?

I have been betting on NFL games this season on BitcoinRush.io @casinobitco . I have had a winning season and I wasn't planning on betting any more games this season so I decided to withdraw the remaining amount I had on the site 0.185 BTC. I requested the withdrawal on 12/25/18. This is 5 days later now and still no withdrawal. It is showing up an "pending" on their site. I sent them 3 emails asking for an update on when the money will be sent and I haven't gotten a single response, not even an acknowledgement that they have received my emails. Is anyone else having issues getting their money out of Bitcoin Rush?

Try finding their ANN on the forum if they advertised the site here. Contact with the person who created topic. Ensure that s/he is active. Good luck.
