Because nobody knows when the market will start to rise. But, as I expected, this time not from Sales just stopped and watched the market and appreciate this time with I family on the grounds that in a few months the market will start to rise. So this time there is no compelling reason to offer. I don't know myself and I can't predict the increase. But if the coin that I hold is valid and worth holding, I better hold it or I have to cut my losses.

We have the same status in this industry. I am also waiting for the time for the market to rise since I will invest more specially in bitcoin. When the market is painted red the best thing to do is holding your crypto asset. If you are passionate enough, do not sell your coins. If you have a chance to keep it and not selling it for big issues then don't. There is a big chance that the market values will start to rise and also there are chances that it will go lower too. If I were you, I wouldn't sell it and just keep it until I get profits. Again, if you are passionate enough to keep your coins then do it. Because if you sell it, it's just like you threw your money away from you and it will never come back again. This is the best strategy. By seeing it as an opportunity you can reduce your losses from the bear market and the falling prices. I have a bad experience at selling into the bear market. It has led me to "panic selling" as after I sold the prices went up and then plummeted again. I have learnt now to act with prudence and keep my excitement behind.
