That's good but lot of people still investing in ripple or XRP they have a Big trust on ripple which is ethereum can't reach that. But slowly ethereum getting higher for its price.

Only ICO is now in decline and confidence in the projects is very low, there is no guarantee that with the new growth of the ICO market will again be in demand and profitable, which means that Ethereum will fall in price

Lol for how many times in 2018 ethereum has been overthrown by ripple and this first season of the year the scenarios happens again so theres no sense in asking this thread because the thing is nothing is permanent tin this market so expect many changes in top position this 2019 hopefully not will happen in bitcoin

I think it won't be hard for ethereum to regain its former place on the crypto market. Especially with the upcoming hardfork (was delayed from original schedule due to security issues) where the ethereum blockchain will experience a great change in features that can compete with newer coins.

Am not surprise, this is not the first time XRP taking #2 position, that is how it was later last year but it wouldn't last long  in that second position that ETH will definitely come ahead of XRP. Due to the delay in the hardfork, we might see higher margin in marketcap between XRP and ETH. It is certain that that of ETH will reduce more.
That does not mean ETH will not still take back its position. Just that it will only happen when there is genuine development.
