Well, now there is no point in selling when they are at their very lowest. So there is no option but to hold now. There was a time when i should had sold the coins but now after the loss suffered there is no point selling.

I understand when somebody wants to sell their cryptocurrencies, because it is very difficult to see how they loose in price. But be patient, bear market will end soon.

you may find it very easy to sell your coins because you may be much experienced than the one who just entered and bought crypto with the aim of getting x2 profit and only to see the coin dropping each and every day. I was someone who didn't like selling coins once I get them into my wallets but I have learnt from my mistakes and selling at the right time. I think people still need time to learn and know when to buy and sell. New members don't get affected by the current price of a crypto coin because they have made no losses so sell and let more people come in to buy when the price decreases and also buy again when you see a positive time that the bulls are back.

There's people who didn't bothered to analyze well and instead of gaining from their investment they been trapped because of their greediness, that's how important setting up plans and simply execute accordingly, there's a lots of work around so best to learn things out, reading and reviewing everything and

Yes you might think this is crazy but the truth is, you are prone to more risk and uncertainties when you hold. All the price instability is actually sustaining with you holding.

Even 1% daily can make millionaire if you are confident about gaining it regularly. 5% daily is way much higher, I would like to see you after some months about your trading results. In my trading career I have gain more than 100% in less than 2 weeks but again the problem is uncertainty. Trading is a very hard business to do and if you can succeed in it then you need to do other job/work, sometimes holding coins can give you good profit in some days, so I think its matter of choice if someone wants to trade daily or hold his coins for long term.
