Sportsbet why you are doing it? Why you block my account and what is reason? Tell I am not multimillioner person.

 I deposited, bet and won first they frozen widthdraw, I send them message, Then they ask me some document KYC process, I sent them all documents and then with veriff.me they verified me. Just they returned back my initial deposit. They didnt gave my winnings about 0.3btc.
