I don't think in the present world of crypto that the word assurance exist which is the reason why we have to be very careful in choosing what project we participate in and if the project is a scam then the manager gets a negative trust and the project will be declared as a scam to prevent others from becoming victims

Many bounty projects are existing which will give a profit when the project ends. But how can a bounty participant assures that the project is legit? What will be the legal actions of bounty participants if their project is scam, such as thier work has not been payed?

i think an escrow for the bounty budget will reduce the risk for bounty hunters being scammed
wich mean bounty budget must be hold by an escrow service, so, when the bounty end the escrow will send the bounty rewards to bounty participants without any delay,

Bounty is good to earn altcoin but yes there are so many scam bounty and its hard to avoid those bounty and if we join those bounty we cant get payed whatever we do because they are scam, so the best things that we can do is move on and love for other campaign and change our strategy in choosing bounties to avoid possible scam project.

The first thing to do is to check the background of the people running the ICO so many projects are posting fake profiles of the devs, second check if the ICO has a good potential in the market, bear in mind if the project failed to reach to reached the softcap you are likely not to get paid, it's still a gamble participating in bounty.

Many people are talking like this. But we have a different point of view in life. For me I can get an assurance for a project.  Well, if they want to know more about in cryptocurrently they must research about the company background, team and the project manager the more accomplishments and achievements of that team it means they are a good project developer and a bounty project.

Before anything else assured yourself that you are in a good bounty project, then hope that it will reach even the softcap then check the integrity of the bounty manager, because there is no monitoring system in place, you can only hope that everything goes up well.

So far, the participants of the bounty can not protect their rights. I think that after the rules of the ico will be tightened, then there will be certain guarantees of protection for bounty hunters.
