All these examples are just excuses for new projects that could not raise enough money. but I think some projects have true statements.

Yup that is totally right,though there are many ICOs in which turns into scamming,some didn’t even hit a softcap that pushes them to Stop or Pause the project still there some who is continuing and trying their best to progress.
So what i am seeing here is that these percentages will soon comes to success,but ofcourse we need to support and help them spread the word

Yeah STOs going to be the next big thing for sure. But current ICOs can also gain huge Profits if they can survive till the next rally of Bitcoin. STOs will bring traditionals Investors into the Crypto market which is really good.

Most ico founder don't even know what blockchain is all about.from your conclusion you are obviously right. Even when they raise funds from their ico they don't know  what to do with. They keep on complaining about market is not stable. I think what you say does not suggest that Crypto is dead. indeed was in a bad condition but slowly it will begin to improve when back there is momentum from crypto to escalate. from the results of a low current ICO will be able to be sweet if you want to hold it for some time.

Most of those are happening because of the current market status. In a market like this, a dump can easily make a project dead. For example, talk about Vena, I think it's a good project and they have locked the coin for 3 months after listing. Now if they distribute now and bounty hunters dump, project will be dead.

Scam has become a common phenomenon in ICOS. If only a few projects are scams, then we will continue to believe in ICO, but now ICO is almost equal to scam, so people can no longer believe ICO, ICO can be considered dead.

I can only say one thing. Do not participate in ICO if you have so much negativity to new projects.

 Yes recently there have been lots of such notifications about projects with their excuses but still not all projects are dead there are still genuine projects but we have to take our time to look out for them thanks

I agree with you. Everything you wrote is the reality of our daily life. Cheating and empty promises are already fed up. The fact of the matter is that ICO is a very young and as yet insufficiently adjustable instrument. Thus, at the moment there is a huge market and investment potential, as well as a place for non-professionals and fraudsters.

i don't think ICO is dead. some ICOs have succeeded , In the field of services and utilities. i think ICO will still live. In the real world, many real companies will enter the ICO market. they will make the ICO develop soundly.
