ICO is going through a difficult period. But this is not a reason to think that everything is so hopeless for them. It is fair to say that those projects that did not fail will gain an advantage over the rest.

Yes, many people suffered big losses from an investment in the ICO. I think this industry is indeed in decline now.

Everybody knows that ICO are dead but I will also say that, when a good ICO will come and pass us by, nobody will know.
