I do not believe what you just said in your post.Anyway, it may be sad to note that all lost coins due to scam or carelessness on the part of the owner are irreversible. sorrrrryyyy!

I contacted them but I got no reply
I'm connecting the dots with your story but the LBC's support will have the final say with your transaction.

We can't do anything to retrieve your coins, I think you are aware that bitcoin transactions are irreversible. At least be patient and wait until the support replies.

   01/04/2019 21:32       0.034   Sent to 3Ge2VW9buqsrFC7kD7FZfjoYWSjueSrShz
txid 1d23ac23f7fada701ff4d752049c12af5e4113570d5fa378a0191c45c47aa334
Txid address and wallet address sent. I didn’t get the 0.034 in transaction I got 0.00049249
The transaction ID you have provided shows that you already received 0.034 Bitcoins, look at here https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/3Ge2VW9buqsrFC7kD7FZfjoYWSjueSrShz and no other transactions has been made after that so meaning your Bitcoin is still there. If your localbitcoin wallet where the escrow sent the Bitcoins you own doesn't show that you have 0.034 BTC then there is a problem with LBC. Better contact their support, but unfortunately those kinds of platforms doesn't answer immediately to customers email so what you can do for now is just wait for their response.

Hello, I need someone to help help me out I was scammed . I haven’t witness such before so please I need help.
I opened a Bitcoin transaction worth 0.034 if bitcoin to received after payment but instead of that I received 0.00042. The money released to me was different from our transaction. Please can anyone help me please. I’m a broke ass and was going to sustain with that little amount
You must provide members here, your transactions are clear and transparent.
And it must be accompanied by proof of your transaction.
1. Do you deal with people?
2. Are you trading in a well-known market?
3. Do you have proof of your transaction?
Members need to know and clearly you are dealing with Bitcoin (BTC).
Maybe there are members here who can help you.

Calm down and do not panic because you can not think well if you are frustrated about what happened. Retrieving your money is not easy it depends on how you scammed but next time be careful to all of your doings if you think there is wrong anout that then believe to your sense and leave its hard to regret at the end and lost all of your saved money.

As what have said above named Vitkoyn, yes, you need to contact support and wait until they have a response. I also viewed the TXN given the amount that you have said was in there and no other transaction so meaning LocalBitcoin has an issue here not you.
Keep on contacting them to get their attention on your issue, seems they are legit one no need to worry.

Now it become 0.30029496 btc instead of 0.034 btc?

I bet that the 0.00049249 btc that you misinterpret was the balance of your account based on what they replied to you.

So, at this moment, your issue with them are solved already?

Sorry to hear that but bitcoin transactions are irreversible.

You just can't dispute that if someone stole your bitcoin and sent it to the hackers address. I checked the address and that 0.034 was already sent to another address probably an exchange's.
