which is your favorite ICO in Jan, and why?
i want find ICO with pottential, but i want ICO with 10-20 MLN$ max CAP. becouse for future  Pumps - low cap = max chance for high pumps. if project will good, CAP is nothing ! ! !

Then I would look what Binance is offering, 2 new projects on the Binance Launchpad. One of such one is Bittorent, ICO is 28th January and hardcap is not that big.

So far none since I'm not making any effort to look for a new project right now. I just want to have some break and invest on ICO again if the market becomes better. Better to buy top coins right now, because ICO are still not good but of course it will still depend on how you make effort. If you find some good ICO, better to share it here so more people will invest, and make that project successful.

you are absolutely right. I myself have for several months, even though in 2018 I have not invested in Ico. Not only because of a bad market, because too many ICO scams that make me a little afraid to invest Ico. I chose to buy some top market coins, and this I think is easier than having to choose ico.

It seems to me that now is not the best idea to invest money in ICO. better invest in altcoins for long term. profit will be good

But to be sincere, one thing that makes me confused about this whole crypto thing is that at the moment, no one know where bitcoin is heading to, if one should invest some Money into top altcoin and bitcoin keeps dropping or continues to stay at where it is, that's means it will take a very long time to profit little as it seems to me that the whole crypto market is solely dependent on bitcoin which I think is a minus for crypto

ICO fever is over.. there are some good ICOs out there, but we wont see the same we saw during 2017.. this ICO enthusiasm made ETH reach around 1400$.. wish we can see this again in the future, but i strongly doubt it with this bearish market

Things will never the same again with the ICO platform all because many people lost their money investing with many bad project (and even good ones) that were later on dumped in many exchanges. And this is not to mention the so many scams which utilized ICO as the way to make good money from innocent token buyers. When you are burned, it can take a lot of convincing for you to invest again especially with a platform which has no security and accountability whatsoever. When scammers entered cryptocurrency and introduce their scams via ICOs thing took a big spiral down. Unfortunately, the whole cryptocurrency community is not doing (so far) concrete about this problem all we see are suggestions and ideas and nothing yet done and implemented strongly though am hoping STO can make it.

Before you have invest your money in ICO, "do your own research." Because in bitcointalk, there are people for shilling in many scam ico. I suggested you to look a little at the new ICO which is looking good to me is Coinware Exchange. I get it as a good project.

2. Libereum (ENDED)
3. HUBRISONE (Still Running)

The crypto market condition is still weak and getting a good ICO is very difficult. In early 2019 there were a number of ICO projects that were a scam and this certainly made many people disappointed. And many bounty hunters are currently stopping. But by 2019 we must be sure and not give up to get a good project.

You might want to check AssetSplit ICO which has a total supply of only 150,000 tokens. They say less token amount, the higher the value it will have in the future. I can't confirm it will be in the future but I would suggest you check this out and decide if you would like to invest. Thanks!

There were 2 good ICOs this month, LTO and another one hasn't started but supposed to be the best one- Bittorrent.
Also I would advise you to use launchpad on Binance, they give good list of ICOs

Too bad for now people already not believe in ICO again, but this is true fact if ICO now not really good anymore and only a little which can really make profit for investors. A lot of tokens get dumped after listed to market.
