User profile: arguelles84

He have got red tag already from marlboroza for promoting Ponzi Scheme. But I think his account subject to be ban due to use third party translation website or script (like google translator). He have made same post on multiple language.

English: http://archive.vn/9Pwlz
German: http://archive.vn/dHrjZ
Chinese: http://archive.vn/vJpz8

Also he is giving reply both language. He is multiple language speaker or account has compromised ? I believe he use google translator or any other translation website.

Judging by the gaps in posting history, it's just another account bought to promote some shit scam, this time the 777 ponzi, flavor of the month because it uses "smart contracts."
The account came to my notice because he left me Christmas Day negative trust for my Scam Accusation about NELUNS, which has nothing to do with him.
The NELUNS [ANN] thread is run by another bought account lowlife milonite, who also left me similarly worded red trust.
Both accounts promote scams in threads protected from criticism by Self Moderation.
arguelles84 just uses newbie shill accounts in his English language thread, whereas milonite employs a bumping service.
They both deserve their red trust and are probably associated.

I can confirm his abuse on the German board and he is deleting Scam warnings of other Members. I left a comment there and it got deleted. It's Google Translate Spam and not allowed to post there. Reported for using Google Translate here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4415262.msg48541013#msg48541013

The replies are obviously bought shill comments to support his Ponzi and also done by automated translation tools. Unfortunately, the German mod isn't available and this Ponzi rubbish wasn't deleted yet. Maybe a global mod can look into it.

There is no doubt that his project is a blatant Ponzi and I think OP should receive at least a ton of negative trust. Someone else and I archived the German version sooner to track his mischief, here is an overview:

http://archive.vn/https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5082077.0

8 Dec 2018 20:52: http://archive.vn/xK0vw

10 Dec 2018 17:15: http://archive.vn/5IVeJ

5 Jan 2019 20:47: http://archive.vn/dHrjZ

And my archive from today: http://archive.vn/LIkAN (Scam warnings deleted)

Arguelles84 left also many retaliatory feedbacks to hodlcoins: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=311045 (untrusted feedback)

For the German board I can also confirm that the answers are very much likely translated by Google translate and maybe even the announcment post. The project itself looks like a Ponzi scheme and due to the self moderation of the topic all critical comments are usually removed within hours. The comments that are not getting deleated all look like they stem from hired spam bots in order to make the project look legit.
I support banning this user.

I too think the german Ann (and almost every answer in that Thread) is google translated.
I and others posted several legit questions but all except his own bot posts were deleted.
I went to posting big red SCAMs in his posts Wink but got bad trust from him although i did never any business with him. Sad

Some including me made weird posts looking normal to him in broken language, those posts lasted days.

edit:
I wonder why three SCAM warnings were deleted, but not the russian.
Usually they're done at my afternoon to evening (around 3-8pm GMT+1), so we're now 12h in and only 3/4 are gone.

edit2:
Usually when my posts get removed someone new post how good this project is.
So i guess one of his drones makes/uses a new account and looks after his threads, posts a new lie, notices the warning and logs onto another machine or so and removes them as OP.

Moderator do not moderate scams issues on this forum, so it is not really efficient to report scams issues to moderators, there is basically nothing much the moderators can do in this type of issue. I believe the OP of the thread which is arguelles84 removed your posts every time when you made a comment in his thread as he started with a self-moderated thread on the Chinese section.

Why do Mods/Admins not ban scammers/spammers? Neither russian, chinese nor english mods seem to care.
Thread's full of bot posters, obvious ponzi scam, no one cares.

He copied one of my nagposts in an old sell thread of mine: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1251491.0
and also in an common question thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1737599.msg49259827#msg49259827
In both he had nothing to do with it.

So i'm getting on his nerves! Wink

Because scam is not moderated, read it here

On the other hand, they spam scam all over the forum, so you can report them to moderator and they will do their thing.

Looks like he still promoting another scam named ETH777.IO, which is insane. They are a HYIP like token offering unreal returns plus "giveaway prizes" to their users. arguelles84 just posted this now in the ann thread of the scam coin.
When will your ico start?
March 18.
But we are planning to start pre-ICO in February
So he is still not stopping on promoting another scam and in currently entertaining questions from the thread.

On the other hand, they spam scam all over the forum, so you can report them to moderator and they will do their thing.
In the meantime we have enough proof of violated rules by arguelles84 to take action, but our German mod is away since November for unkonwn reasons (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=18312)

The Altcoin section (Bounty / ANN) is well known for its large number of spam topics produced by bots or shills. Normally a moderator can trash such topics completely where almost only bots or shills post how great the project is.
It's also possible to ban a user for spam if the case is an obvious one (and if it's in addition ponzi s(c/p)am). At least a temporary ban (14 days) would be appropriate in my opinion:

The new ban-message includes ban for spam
Quote from: ban-message
Sorry ..., you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum.
You have been permanently banned by a forum moderator, probably due to spam or plagiarism. You may appeal here, but your chances are not good:...

arguelles84 has repeatedly broken the rules and I have added another feedback:

Quote from: 1miau trust feedback for arguelles84

He is going to random other threads, necrobumping them and promotes his ponzi scam. Following rules are affected:

2. No off-topic posts. (z.B. advertising his ponzi spam in other topics)
22. Advertising (this includes mining pools, gambling services, exchanges, shops, etc.) in others threads' is no longer allowed, including, but not limited to, in altcoin announcement threads. (see above nr. 2)
24. Advertisements (including signatures within the post area) in posts aren't allowed unless the post is in a thread you started and is really substantial and useful. (see above nr. 2)
27. Using automated translation tools to post translated content in Local boards is not allowed. (his OP was reported as translation spam here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4415262.msg48541013#msg48541013)

And finally:
23. When deciding if a user has broken the rules, the staff have the right to follow their interpretation of the rules.
reference: inofficial forum rules (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0)

It's quite possible to ban him at least for 14 days and when he comes back and continues to do his shitshow he will receive a 28 days ban.  Wink

LOL

We're posting a warning in your threads. It's a ponzi, and you have the right to post a ponzi. Also, we have a right to call it that, more so because you confessed.
Misusing the Trust systems with several identical useless posts for different users, that's spam.
Promoting Ponzis is a crime.

FTFY.
Ponzi is not a crime.
This is crazies thing I have heard lately. Of course it is crime - penalty for operating ponzi scheme is usually imprisonment.
If cryptocurrency is prohibited in any country, then is it a crime to use cryptocurrency?
