This does lead to sleep deprivation and this is one of the reason I tend to discourage day trading. You dont want to fall sick by taking too much coffee because you are margin trading on bitmex and are about to get liquidated any instant.

2 years experienced in trading is too much to deal with crypto or perhaps you were not fit on that kind of activities. Try to invest in long term like bitcoin or any top altcoins might be you will get lucky on it. And look for a stable job to make you support in your financial needs.

Anyways, If you are truly will to learn trading then you can ready investopedia, Babypips. Also, use testnet and note doen the mistakes you do and have your own strategy. You can join telegram groups, follow good traders, check out price predictions for signals but, do your research before investing.

You can reduce your loss by having stoploss and by doing pre-investment research.

That's correct lossing in trading is normal for me now every times I loss it's a big lesson for me to think about those experience that i've loss to trade up again.

Trading is the art of crypto so if you quit trade that means you left crypto. Really i am shocked that you never get profit last 2 years but last year maximum people were rich.You can get a huge loss on gambling, not crypto trading but you need to control emotion and always make target profit.Yes,many people get loss and loss because of they always disappointed if price down but you sell and buy again and again hope you will get small profit and also increase asset and never lost because of real project pump always.

continuing to trade is someone's right, and we can't stop it. however, some people who are still trading today are those who have just bought a stock of coins, or are trying to take advantage of the current low prices. however, for now I am not continuing to trade because of a bad market.

You should have learned a lot during your two years of daytrading if you are really serious in learning how to trade. Some of the traders use few technical analysis tools to win a trade so I think you need to educate yourself how to trade properly. I hope you are not the one who buy high and sell low type of trader or get easily overcome by FOMO. I believe you can still improve and don't be discourage.
