Why are you bringing all the "dead" here, that is, listing all previously prohibited accounts? For the moderators to impose a ban on an account, it is enough to provide evidence of only one case of a previously banned account and show a valid account that violates the rules.
This is not necessary at all. The rules work fine. Once banned, the second time will also be banned.

Frankly, I report this, if the format I have provided is wrong, please correct it.

You in the reputation branch report all alternative accounts, this is enough for history.
But if you move it to the ban request thread, just show the moderators one blocked account that has data in common with the current account.
You must do the correct citation of the evidence.
For example, you are citing a post from a banned account with general Twitter data, the date of which is earlier than the post of Twitter of the current profile.
Next, for each account that should be banned, send a report to the moderator, providing a link to your proof.

I will immediately correct the report I wrote earlier "seems to be formatted incorrectly". and to be honest I haven't sent a "report to moderator" I just sent a type of report from some of the data I've found so far, and some of it includes a "banned account". Thanks again for this explanation

I'm not sure what works best. I like to show as much evidence as possible. Some reports are processed quickly, and some go unanswered for a long time, so I assume the moderators aren't convinced by the evidence. For example, from this report, two accounts were banned while BasitRajput2244 is still active although the evidence is similar to previous accounts.

Note: If you are banned on one account then you are not allowed to post under any accounts you own for the duration of your ban. The only exception to this rule is Meta where you can discuss the circumstances of your ban if you wish to do so but anywhere outside of that sub will be considered ban evasion and will get your ban doubled, but it is generally best to just patiently wait out your ban and improve your posts on return and hopefully no further bans will be needed.
