yes, agree with you. Hardworking definitely pays. We have to be very careful selecting the projects. Otherwise we will be pushed to scam projects, which can  lead not rewards and waste of efforts.
At the beginning of any project, it's really difficult to identify if the project is scam or legit.
Many times we get attracted and inspired by the project idea, it's website, and very large number of community members in telegram.
Now a days every system, idea, concept can be transformed into blockchain technology ecosystem. It's very much possible to design a very good looking website with lot of graphics in it. I have seen there are thousands of boots possible in telegram community.
So if we feel the project is good, we have to get ourselves engaged daily in community discussions. This will keep us updated about project specifically the development part. We also consider at what stage product development is.
If we have technical knowledge (I don't have), GitHub code also can give better idea about project. One example I can give here is MultiVAC. I am engaged in this project so much and due to that get updated on their daily development updates, team members information, any events they have and so on.
One of the thing I have observed that if any product is already existing and through a project they are migrating to blockchain technology, it's most likely genuine project. At the moment I see two examples, Bankera and Bolton.
There are many other factors which  can be checked to know if any project is good by or not.
I see a solution to scam projects, Regulations to cryptocurrency and ICOs.
We also need to work smart way to convert the hard work into rewards. Still we need some portion of luck to match all the criteria.

I agree. Hardwork pays but sometimes luck pays. Especially in this bounty hunting at this moment, it's actually luck that gets you a project that will pay you huge even when the work you do might be little and sometimes you do some bounties with all your time and energy and it amounts to little or nothing or not much payment compared to the one that you didn't put much effort even after researching about a project. It's all about luck sometimes not just hardwork. Although, I won't dispute, hardwork pays mostly in the long run

Two years ago, few people got rich because of cryptocurrency. But, we can't say that it is because they just got lucky to be involve in cryptocurrency earlier than others. Those people really did a hardwork even those times when only few had believe in cryptocurrency. All that happened to them in 2017 was the result of hardwork not luck.

Hardwork to more clever when pick the right projects is neccesary because you will get nothing if you are not able to do so and we cannot always counting on our luck when we were following bounty program but indeed sometimes our works will be so useless if at the end of campaign people are not get decent payment or the campaigns were scam and i think currently situations will be more difficult for us

Hardwork can be classified in many ways and for me its all pays luck.

1. If you are a hardworking employee, you will get promoted easily, have higher salary and can live a fruitful life.

2. If youre a hard working investor, you can earn millions in just few years. Trading requires knowledge and mostly hardwork.

3. If you eally want to be rich, set up a business and put all your hardworks in it. Im sure it will all pay off in the end.
because success begins with hard work even though the work isn't too hard. especially in the crypto world it is very hard because we have to really learn crypto as deeply as possible, because the risk is enormous

Bitcointalk is still the biggest place for all cryptocurrency projects. So, bounty hunters could receive big rewards for promoting vairous ICOs because they are wearing target advertisements on their profiles.

We don't want luck we want to get paid for hardworking ,bounty that was once about how hardworking has now turn to 'how lucky you are' ,something must be done about this ,any ideas??? Since all devs makes use of Bitcointalk forum to advertise and draw people attention bitcointalk will Be the easiest strong wall standing between scammers and investors
Hard work pays when you’re sure that what you’re working on is a legit job or task, and not the task where you putting all efforts and time and at the end it turns out to be just a scam. The rate of scam in the community is what makes many believe that luck is what they need more than hard work. But, I will say that you need the both, you need to be both hard work and lucky at the same time. Because if you’re not lucky… I don’t need to repeat myself.

I guess there were many similar discussion in the past but people always voting for hard work because this is what, we are able to control and luck factor is obviously something which is beyond our control and people do not want to be believing in to something which is not under our control.

Overall I just want to conclude this way; hard work will definitely get you payments whereas luck is the factor which is the core reason for getting you opportunities where you can prove your hard work.

I definitely trust hardworking will definitely pay you at your work in anytime so smart work will not work in a time but hard work will remain same in all time this is my opinion for who are hardworking people.

The first thing my mentor told me about Cryptocurrency is that nothing is sure in joining or working in Cryptocurrency. You may be paid and you may not. The token that the project gives you may have value or good as nothing. It is quite not fair as we think of it but we have agreed to it. If the project team can change the way payment system works then that is good but if not. I will still be here.

Bitcointalk forum is large. As much as we want the forum to help hunters in cubbing the scam rate, I don't think it will  be so. Individuals should be able to make researches before any investment or contact those higher and more knowledgeable in cryptocurrency.

Unfortunately everything is exactly like that. Now we receive payment not in the case of hard work, but in the case of an incredible udchi. Of the 50 projects, only 1 can be sold at a normal price. It's boring.

right now i think that devs use social networks more than bitcointalk.

Anyway, i know how you feel. Sadly we have to be carefull, but, there are still some few serious team/devs

but on this Forum it is very rare for anyone to reply in private messages. Even the forum itself notify you that a newbie is writing to you.

To combat scammers, it is enough for the crypto community to adopt uniform ICO rules. And in the future, investors did not participate in projects that do not follow these rules. Thus, earnings on new projects would depend on work and not on luck.

+1 I was also playing multiple poker games. The real key in hardworking might only be a patience in some activities. In poker there is also a random thing - luck, sometimes even if you have made a good decision, you may loose chips/money.

Projects differ some will make it a different others will not. That you worked so hard isn't enough to say you will reap it when due.  I have seen somebody take 2500$ in an ico bounty after just 2-3 months.

In my opinion, someone who follows a campaign cannot be said not to work hard. Because they are struggling with the targets and rules of a bounty project manager, a week or even months.

This sentence is very correct. Some scam projects use high returns to defraud investors to join the bounty activities. At the beginning of January, I joined the enlightenment activity of the ethereumcv project. On January 11th, because I did not receive the salary, I was identified as a scam, and its telegraph group changed its name.
