There is no guarantee the projects are going to be a success. So, we should select good projects after extensive research. But, It doesn't mean that all promising projects are going to work wonder for us. Its a kind of gambling, we don't know what would be the outcome of our works (investment, bounties).
Our hard work should be shown in sorting out good projects from scams and they are going to pay for sure.

In the cryptocurrency world especially in a time where there are too many below-average projects and also so many scam projects sometimes hard work does not really pay off because before you skim through the thousands of projects available daily to get the legit ones you want to invest in, it is either this project have already done multiple returns on investment, you can no longer in time to this project until after the ico or it's still fall victim of the scam project so sometimes along with hard work a little bit of luck is required to be successful.

We don't want luck we want to get paid for hardworking ,bounty that was once about how hardworking has now turn to 'how lucky you are' ,something must be done about this ,any ideas??? Since all devs makes use of Bitcointalk forum to advertise and draw people attention bitcointalk will Be the easiest strong wall standing between scammers and investors

Yes, you just need to install a fee in ETH for hunters. With payments in one week. If the project does not agree. Spend your company fraudsters elsewhere. I think it would be a way out for hunters. After all, we simply do not get money for all the work that we are doing here today.

We are all now tired of this bounty managers who sometimes collude with the ICO teams to scam the bounty hunters. Maybe it is time for this forum to rise up against such scam projects.

If you really want to achieve something in life you better not rely on luck or other fortunes you need to work very hard for you to achieve your goals in life and became rich.  If you also became a hardworking person here in cryptocurrency you also have a huge chance to become rich with crypto.

With projects not paying your for months of joining the bounty program, you would be lucky enough to have gotten paid after they turned silent in the telegram channel. ITs very unfortunate that his is happening to almost all ICO projects these days. The old projects since last year that postponed their ICO didn't even resume so if they cancel or rename their project, they can already get away from the bounty participants.

Hard work does not pay in bounty programs
Intelligence does

Hard work is doing social media bounties for  weeks in every bounties you see
Smartness is when you do specific bounties and specific tasks

hard work is needed in everything if you want maximum results included in crypto so you can't just wait for success because even in bad conditions you can still benefit from crypto as long as you want to work hard.
luck is just a bonus.

The best idea is to make bounty hunters earn good money in solid coins, you only need to participate in campaigns that offer payment in Bitcoins or Ethereum. As soon as there are no participants for the remaining bounty campaigns, more and more projects will offer payment in stable coins.

Well all depends on what is your definition of hard working in the first place. Bounty has turned that way for reason being that the acclaimed developers has no good intention for the project and investors let alone those hunters who promote them.

Because  of the bear market  since 2018, it has a negative impact on ICO, which ultimately reduce the number of investors,I feel bounty is heading to extinction, some ICO this days do not rely on bounty, before they raise fund for there project. Therefore we must be strategic in order to source a good bounty that will pay off

Studying every project is a must, that’s actually a hard work where you invest on a project that you think is good. Don’t depend on any luck because this market doesn’t work like that, we should continue to work so we can grow more. Those who depend on luck can’t get anything in the future.

Once you joined to the bounty make sure you have know the possibility to happen to that because it cannot know if that bounty is legit or not. Yes you can do research but remember it is only reviewing to know if the project is legit but not guaranteed 100 percent legit. Im not bounty hunters and I hope most of the bounty campaign comes at 2019 will become better compared to the 2018 .

but sometimes that is not what we expected, we have done a lot of research and their ico is running well but after that they have very low value when listing on market and many of them sometimes don't pay bounty participants

Sometimes hard work will result to this one because that is beyond our control. Its too unfortunate if you work on a developer like this, you can’t do anything but to complain and wait if they will listen to you. Its the risk of the hard work, i think is not always getting big profit. The important thing here is that, you don’t depend on luck which is a very good way of achieving your dreams, continue to work and in time you will get what you work for.

Sorry to say, I do not agree here. With hard work, you also need good luck to be successful. I have seen many people who worked hard every day but they are not enough success what they deserve. In crypto, you also need luck with the hard-working nature. Like, bounty hunters, ICO projects team are doing hard work to make the success, but most of them are not enough successful, because Luck is needed. This is just my opinion.

Since 2018  most of the bounty  I joined didn't give or distribute bounty stake or if they do, still it was not listed in any exchange maybe this is due to bearish market we currently experiencing it seems we really relying on luck today not in hardwork anymore. Bounty hunters have no choice but to wait when they would receive bounty and when that coins got real value.

Yes, definitely hardwork pays, not luck. But sometimes in crypto space Grace and favor might follow you. For instance, I bought into a scam coin, by name PENT, few minutes after I sold, they announced in their telegram group that they've been hacked after taking all the sell order.

because the project is very much now, it's different from last 2017. 90% of projects have high success. so that the bounty campaign also enjoys each of their hard work. at present the project's success is only 20%, so investor interest has declined sharply. and the bounty hunter must accept it all. is to be lucky when paid, prices go up.
