We don't want luck we want to get paid for hardworking ,bounty that was once about how hardworking has now turn to 'how lucky you are' ,something must be done about this ,any ideas??? Since all devs makes use of Bitcointalk forum to advertise and draw people attention bitcointalk will Be the easiest strong wall standing between scammers and investors
IMHO, the biggest mistake most investors do is purely relying on luck and not harnessing ones DYOR (Doing Your Own Research) skill. At the end of the day, you are the one using your hard-earned cash to purchase cryptocurrency. If you don’t understand the product, or the value, and you’re only listening to “experts” on Medium, Twitter, or Slack who tell you when to buy and sell, you’re going to get in big trouble and lose a lot of money. Remember that if you rely on someone other than yourself to buy crypto, you also have to rely on them to know when to sell. Don’t be a noob. Do your own research! Got to go now as I resume my live poker session. Best of luck!
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Doing bounty is not an easy task which you need to render time and work to complete the camlaign youve choose to attend. Very important to review well the project all the time during doing the work to make it payable at the end of the day.

That's correct, it's not an easy task because you also need to do some research to ensure that you will be able to participate on a legit project.
It's called hard work and being smart as well, they should go together as they are the best recipe for our success on whatever we do here in crypto.

Conducting such hard work really pays off but sometimes we really do need some luck. Just like right now with the current market condition, it is so bearish that most of the hard works of the bounty hunters means nothing too but there are only few who are just so lucky to earn enough money at the bearish moment.

In some sense, even if we work hard and get paid for it. Still, luck makes our money even more. In that case, our profit which is times one can be doubled and up to x4. Through our luck in the market which is still useful.

Even with hard work, when the time isn't correct or something that we've done isn't the right thing to be combined with that hard work then the result will not end up promising, and it also applied not just in real world, but also in cyrpto. We have to find the correct project and then combined with hard work for the best result.

I disagree, people still get paid working hard for a project if otherwise then the bounty manager is the one to be blamed, that i why you need to chose a project you will work for carefully chose a manager with good reputation then your hard work will always pay off.

sometimes the error does not occur with the bounty manager. some managers also shouldn't be blamed because most of the project scams have also proven to be a scam after finishing the campaign. even though the manager has worked according to the agreement, just staying with the team does not intend to pay the participants.

The bounty manager is also just a bounty hunter. I think so, because they also try to join and manage some projects to make money. And if the project does not pay for the bounty then surely the bonus manager will be the same. They will not be able to do anything to help bounty hunters

It really wasn't good to a bounty manager to choose a wrong projects to promote that he also get balemd participants. When the project he/she runs was a unsuccessful or scammed projects and getting paid with our works is really quite hard to say that luck is needed this year in this kind of situation in any projects to launched.

Hardwork pays, there is no doubt about that but luck also plays a great role, imagine working hard for a project for 2 months and when the campaign ends and lists in an exchange, the token price does -95% and then imagine someone working in another project for a month and the token price moons upon listing, he gains much more, that's luck.
About that, before joining an ICO or bounty you could make analyzation first. People who get huge not just get a blind luck but instead using their guts to choose the best among the best. I would say work hard and smart way.
I also do not rule out the possibility that luck also has a share/important role, you know sometimes changes in market prices become unpredictable, because certain conditions and luck can help you ?
but the most important thing is certainly analysis and research (your efforts) in determining potential which is potential ICO

Bounty hunters should be more responsible, as long as we take any project in work, scam projects will continue to born, we should be more strict to new projects.

So what is your advices? What must be done? Everyone agrees with you, but you must have suggestions. Saying only "something that needs to be done" is easy. It's all about us, bounty managers, bounty hunters. We're all responsible for this situation.

He doesnt have any suggestion  .  the reason why he open this thread is because he is asking for others suggestion  . speaking of suggestion ,  why cant the mods and owner of this forum put an extra rule before a bounty ico can open up their own threads ?  Like for example asking for a solid proof to to prove that their project is legit and not scam  . that would greatly help reduced  the excess fake bounties on this forum .

And that's the right behavior!
Bounty hunters (not everyone, but most) do not check at all who is behind the project, they are only mindlessly applying and promoting bounty programs. Many times, even if the ICO is officially announced a scam, they still do not stop promoting it. When this is changed, scams will also disappear.

In all of you have done hardwork it always paysoff and being a hardworker will also result for success, and also it is not because of luck or any goodluck charms. That is why if you apply all of your hardwork here in cryptocurrency you could get a huge profit from the bounty that you will participate with.

Since this is a public forum, you can't limit people speaking/advertising anything here. If you meant to limit "token/service" announcement thread needs mod approval then you are living in a decentralized world but the Bitcoin wasn't created for it. Let people do whatever they want, you be smart to decide which one and how you should use. Yah hard working pays better but it also needs wiseness. If you try to walk into the water you can't compare that speed when you walk in a field.

Bounty hunters need to participate only in campaigns where they are paid in hard currency, such as Bitcoins or Ethereum, and then your earnings will not depend on luck.

Cryptoworld is still like wild west. And it's both not bad and not good. It's just a temporary period of evolution.
Any regulation now is too hard and meaningless

BTC   Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System   BTC
A purely peer-to-peer version of electronic cash would allow online payments to be sent directly from one party to another without going through a financial institution. Digital signatures provide part of the solution, but the main benefits are lost if a trusted third party is still required to prevent double-spending. We propose a solution to the double-spending problem using a peer-to-peer network. The network timestamps transactions by hashing them into an ongoing chain of hash-based proof-of-work, forming a record that cannot be changed without redoing the proof-of-work. The longest chain not only serves as proof of the sequence of events witnessed, but proof that it came from the largest pool of CPU power. As long as a majority of CPU power is controlled by nodes that are not cooperating to attack the network, they'll generate the longest chain and outpace attackers. The network itself requires minimal structure. Messages are broadcast on a best effort basis, and nodes can leave and rejoin the network at will, accepting the longest proof-of-work chain as proof of what happened while they were gone.

As long as everything unfolds within the rules, there is no problem, the fact is that it acquires experience, and each time the quality increases, that is what makes the difference.
