First of all, I don't believe in luck. Am surprised the context of the topic was limited to bounty hunting. There are other faucets in the life of a crypto enthusiast where you either win or lose, even with investing in ICOs you can easily loss big if the project you invested is not successful.

Today, many are afraid of losing their funds and it is precisely because of this that the company's ico market loses its relevance to the investor, since it is much more profitable to buy cheaper coins after listing on the stock exchange, as well as ready-made coins with a real product.

We don't want luck we want to get paid for hardworking ,bounty that was once about how hardworking has now turn to 'how lucky you are' ,something must be done about this ,any ideas??? Since all devs makes use of Bitcointalk forum to advertise and draw people attention bitcointalk will Be the easiest strong wall standing between scammers and investors

We need to work and hope for the best. Sometimes even the strangest projects can bring a good income. It is also worth working for the future. If you are thinking only about starting to make good money right away, then you need to wait out the bear market and wait for growth to begin.

it is very annoying, and makes us work without the appropriate payment.
among so many bounty tokens, altcoins, ICOs.
only% 1-% 2 actually pays.
and the others are scams, fraudsters and liars.
Research should be done and greed should not be. Maybe the reward will be less, but better than none.
You are right about the lack of good earnings in the bounties. Therefore, it should always be seen as passiv income.

If you are talking about bounty payment, it does not depend on hardwork or luck. The reason why I am saying it is that the project developers now determine whether to pay bounty hunters or not. Sometimes, the project will end successfully but bounty hunters won't be paid for no good reason. In general, the business isn't that lucrative again.

Sometimes you could work tirelessly for about ten to fifteen projects and none of them will pay you. Even those who pay too fail to list on exchanges and the coin will just be staying in the wallet

Yes you might be right but have to actually believe that they both work together as one to make success easier. Have you ever done several work and not lucky choosing the right ones and you later realized that you have wasted much energy for doing the wrong thing. Sometimes it might be lucky but to often get that you need some hard work.

So far, only good luck has been made because in mid-2018 until now I have not found a project that was paid very well, always got a bad project, maybe because my analysis was inaccurate or luck did not support me so I always had bad luck choosing , but I'm sure everyone will be given different results. The most important thing is to keep trying and give the best for ourselves.

because hard work and luck are different, hard work starts from our own energy and must be paid for because of work, but if luck is a lucky bonus because it is not asked of ourselves but we get it suddenly.
so sometimes hard work doesn't always get results, but believe that maybe at other times your hard work will produce good results.

The bounty of the company for about a year is it really someone lucky and some do not. But recently, we should not expect any big awards at all, since ICO has a lull and practice shows that few people receive more than $ 100 for the bounty company recently.

bounty hunters must be very picky on joining campaigns because there are lot of scam projects or the project itself has no future at all. if you want to get paid for what you've done then join on a project that has a big potential.

Thats true, we need to research the project if it has potential so our effort wont be wasted. Unfortunately nowadays its hard to choose which one is genuine.

If you want your hardwork be paid off then dont just rely in campaign, if you have other skills use it to earn or get real job to have stable income. Well dont count in your earnings in crypto because there are times we cant do anything but to wait for reliable project to open or market pump.

still luck plays big role on it. don't just work hard, work smart also. Many ICO now turn to be a scam and its hard to identify it. so its your luck if you joined on the one that not a scam.

I agree. In addition also amrket situatiopn is different from  2017 to mid 2018. Hard work ,perseverance and being consistent reallly pays, but a good timing is another. Good luck is getting a favorable chance  or windfall and  its not frequent.

To be successful in bounty hunting hard work does not always pay off and sometimes you have to rely on luck.
One could work very hard on a project for plenty weeks and when it is time for distribution the project team refuses to distribute tokens while another person could work for just a few weeks on another project with less effort and still get paid in tokens which will also be listed on an exchange.
so I think a good blend of luck and hard work is important to be successful

Competition in market these days getting harder and i think not many coin or token able to survive in the future. Its true many ICOs scam and its hurts for hunters because we dont getting paid. Thats why i am agree, ICOs should be regulated to avoid from scam

There is this saying that goes: work smarter not harder. You should try it hard work doesn't payost times a bit of luck or a bunch of it matters at all times.

None of us is immune from fraud when investing in new projects. At first glance, a seemingly good project can turn out to be fraudulent and you will lose money. Do your own analysis and think with your head, know the main rule of investing - " Invest only the money that you are ready to lose"

Good timing and good analysis is one key factor to make use survive in cryptomarket. 2018 is hard year for crypto community because market fall more than 80% and many investor leave the market. I think hard work and be smart with our work is good for our investment

Sure, hard work is important in life, as is a bit of luck, but so is using your brain so that your hard work isn't wasted.
Tell me, suppose in real life, a person came to you and said "I want you to do some work for me. Do the work and I promise to pay you when I say the job has ended. I will give you something you can sell which I say will then be worth money".
You have never met this person before, none of your family or friends know them, they may not even give you a real name or address for themselves. You don't understand the project he wants you to work on apart from what he tells you, and there is no legal contract of employment.
Would you do the work?

This is what "bounty hunters" should ask themselves. They should research the project that is offering future payment in new tokens and if they don't understand what it's about, why should they work for it? Or if they do, who will listen if they don't get paid?
Crypto is a new and complex part of life.
Learning and understanding should come first, not spreading spam and crap on social media on behalf of projects which are useless or scams, in the hope that some token or coin might be worth something.

Think first, learn, understand, then work.
This is true everything will come to us first because we are the one who choose and participate in this bounties. Much better to learn and study every project that we want to participate so we know if this project will give us opportunities in the future and also a reward for the hard work we do for them.
