there should be no luck here because work is worth paying for, all projects should provide paid bounty hunters according to the allocation and bets they produce instead of trying to find good luck by risking the work we have done
This is very sad considering that sometimes a bounty hunter takes a long time to complete a campaign

I disagree, in the world we live in the most hardworking people are usually not the richest. Those who are lucky to have discovered opportunities made it in life. For instance in bounty, the most hardworking people are usually those who participate in social media campaigns, they spend hours everyday making posts but they are usually the least paid unlike say signature campaign members who just post about 10 posts within the week.

In the crypto space, its not all that hard work pays. You need both hard work and luck to really succeed  in relation to investing your time in bounty campaigns. You might work hard but if the project is a scam project, all you hard work is nothing.

Usually the hard work is what pays off in every situation of life. Whether it is fitness or financial success, you need to put in a lot of work. Also in education to be on top of everything.
We must keep on working hard and not to depend on any luck not you are a gambler where hard work doesn’t work. In every investment that we have if we don’t work for it, we will still not earn money. Well, luck is not always there but it can also be on your side.

We don't want luck we want to get paid for hardworking ,bounty that was once about how hardworking has now turn to 'how lucky you are' ,something must be done about this ,any ideas??? Since all devs makes use of Bitcointalk forum to advertise and draw people attention bitcointalk will Be the easiest strong wall standing between scammers and investors
we sometimes dont get luck, we should work hard than waiting for the luck to come.

now the ico scammer is one of the things that might cause big losses and hard work cannot be paid with hail. now how do we choose a good ico and be lucky to get a profit.

Agreed to the statement hardwork paid but separating luck as a factor of payment isnt true. You need to be hardworking and that's true. But luck is needed as well as if we are not all crypto nerdy who knows which is which. Imagine you work for a campaign for 6months and you informed that the ICO is scam? What will you do? I mean you work so hard for that campaign and nothing in return? So I guess, you need a little charisma as well aside from being hardworking.

Hardworking will pay if you are on the right track and you know what you are doing in this industry. There are two possibilities after the end of ICO: 1) Team will pay till the last cent to bounty hunters
2)They will  find an excuse for not paying and alternative options will start for bounty hunters.

It seems to me that it would not be so difficult to solve. To protect bounty hunters from scammers in the ICO, it is necessary to oblige developers to lay the campaign budget in ETH, BTC or USDT. Then in the case of unsuccessful fees, we would have received compensation for their work, and the number of scammers has decreased significantly.

This is so true but it shouldn't be always hardwork and luck, you should use your brain too. Look what are those projects that are promising, think if they will be profitable and join if they are. Don't join all the project, think first.

I believe that the outcome or result of a hardwork in joining bounties cones with a good rewards and paid that is enough. But i think its too far now that hardwork pays by right amount since prices of altcoins in the market are too low now. Even you join bounty campaign for about 3 to 4 months, your reward was just 3 to 5 dollars only.

How bad are icos in this situation?
Well I guest most bounty hunter are being mad because their hardworkinh turn to nothing because of ico project that did not achieved its goal but being hardworking will lead to the right pathway to achieve your goal, but of course its need a luck in searching an ico campaign.

You don't want luck? I laugh a little Cheesy. because after all luck is something that everyone wants  Wink. but I understand what you mean and feel  Smiley. my idea is to try to follow a number of projects, not just one you follow. it can increase the success of your hard work.

This is the way to choose a company, as luck is needed anywhere, because at this level it is almost impossible to assess quality. Only when you enter already in the company where the software is assembled, the probability of luck is already much higher.

Era have been changed, that's the answer. we have to take risks, because I think your hard work will still be paid off if you are really hard at work. if it doesn't make money, it might produce experience and knowledge. I am also annoyed with the current conditions, unlike 2015-2017 with small capital can be a big profit. now we have to make every effort to choose the project, sometimes the maximum results are still lacking. so stay excited

Hard work cannot have enough luck, you have to work smart, you should choose good projects to do, should not do bounty it does not have enough quality requirements

While the trend of the market does not change, we can not change anything! Even those projects that now make it possible to earn money can only bear fruit in a growing market!

No matter how hard you work here in cryptocurrency if you do not know the right strategy and struggle here you will not earn a huge amount of money, especially now that it's really hard to earn money due to the bad market conditions and most of today's projects is not much profitable.
