You have raised a burning issue to be addressed at the earliest. Yes there is no doubt that there are scammers in the crypto market, affecting traders, bounty hunters and even genuine projects. Apart from authorities, we bounty hunters and traders can make some efforts in checking it. For instance, if we notice some scams we must be active and report. Likewise, bounty managers are more aware of scams. So they can also play their role. We we become active, we need not to depend on luck. Our hard work will pay off.

sometimes good projects are not profitable so sometimes hard work doesn't match the results and it causes people to say good luck

In my own personal opinion, Working hard will definitely help you to earn good money because every hardwork that you have done always pays off, but i also believe in luck may help you to earn good income or become successful because every opportunity that will come in your life is because of luck. I firmly believe that hardworking really pays rather and its a delayed gratification in the long run, compared to trying some things to get some luck. In crypto world, hardworking and luck must join together in order to get some profits in every investments that we entered. Its just that when you work on something, you already hope that it might be your luck for doing such thing.

for me become a bounty hunter is not a hardwork, you know bounty is just my seccond jobs and i doing that task just when i have a single time.
i have an offline job for income every month thats why i am not really think that a hardwork.

Well with bounties i think some bounty managers are not fair with their rules and some even get to favour some participants in the campaign. If you don't trust the bounty manager don't waste your time just stay away from his campaign.

That's why you need to do a research and be picky on project, some projects are just glaring scam, working hard for them is just like dig through concrete ground only to find it was all not worth it
