If your account has been permanent ban then you then there is almost no chance to be unbanned. If someone become unban from permanent ban that is rare.

I mean your account can be unban by the admin but it is almost impossible. As if any account become permanent ban or ban for spam/plagiarism then admin usually do not unban. In this case you can think it is impossible to recovery account.

If you can demonstrate it was just a lazy error with no financial gain and you were helping by providing information for someone there is a chance. 

Also depends on what net positive contribution and effort you have displayed over all.

Plagiarizing = permaban without exceptions

But you can read his reply proving he is financially motivated:

As far as I know,the rules have not changed,and whether it's laziness,for no financial gain,being drunk, or providing information etc, as long as its plagiarism/copy/pasting it's a straight up ban and it's permanent and nothing can be done about it
It's best if you quit raising the OP's hopes, at least until theymos changes something about banned accounts which I doubt he'll do anytime soon

If you're providing information that's not yours for others to learn,you can also indicate to others who's the original author of the info

Actually your problem has been answered by: The Pharmacist, and also gives you a sign (Red: Warning: Trade with extreme caution!)
Your error clearly creates 2 accounts and adds 1 more: Dark.Soul into 3 accounts.

This is annoying for me, maybe after I create this post my account will also be banned again. Maybe I will leave this forum from now if this is not resolved.

And whether or not you are on a signature determines the motivation behind plagiarism. Signature is not a problem, but when your work is to the detriment of the forum, then it is a punishable offense. However, there is a very low tolerance towards plagiarism

A ban for plagiarism is permanent (it has been said a couple of times before in this very thread), and it's you (as a person) that is banned, not (only) your account... So if you buy a new account, and somebody finds out, the new account will also be banned and you'll lose any time/funds you invested in the account.
