If anyone's wondering why a lot of ICO whitepapers seem to be plagiarized (I've seen a lot of scam accusations to that effect), it's because of stuff like this guy is doing.

people here are exposed and vulnerable. I am not liking this silent killing, personally i had no warning and i assumed common sense would play its role to each and anyone's benefit.

You're not a victim here, so there's no need to play that role.  Reading forum rules is your warning, and I don't know about common sense, but it's an ethical issue that comes into play when you claim someone else's work as your own.  It isn't right to do so, and there's a rule against it here. 

I hate to bring this up again, but the PM that the banned user gets really ought to contain at least one example of the plagiarism offense so they don't waste people's time playing ignorant and/or demanding proof.  I get that there would likely be threads begging for mercy, but at least there would be no reason for the banned member to ask why he got banned.  Theymos, if you're out there please heed my cry.  It really isn't a bad idea IMO.  Whether it could be implemented simply and in such a way that it's convenient for mods is outside my realm of expertise, but I think it should be done.

But we're both well aware that it won't stop ban appeal threads right,whether there's an indicator to the plagiarised posts,a message stating why they've been banned or even flat out proof of numerous offences.
Just for the sake of it,they would still make threads about it,either it was a mistake and they should be forgiven etc, either way,nothing has been solved as we'll still be getting the ban appeals.
The only advantage would be that we wouldn't have to go through the strenous task of rummaging through their post history to see why they've actually been banned,it's actually not an easy task to do,and since the mods are the first ones privy to the reported plagiarised content,it should be easier for them to include it,valid suggestion.
So it could help a bit.

Well, i looked around and noticed the sligtly changed rule that adds "signature ban", rather than a permanent ban for the worst case scenario.
Admin said something about the good of the whole, to open new topics regarding our stand on this.

The good for the whole, in my case, would be that I had opened 32+ topics for different projects and had a few whitepapers with lots of characters. I was active in the local community on our boards, for over two years. I think I have experience and awareness of the overall blockchain sphere and i also proved that I'am passionate and communicative, easy going. You can ask me any question on a vast number of topics.
