did you check your spam folder ?   sometimes i also experienced that problem  , all you gotta do is wait and try again  . if the problem persist  try contact their support .

90% of the time my Freebitco.in emails end up in spam folder. Sometimes these types of emails might even get blocked by email provider. Try changing your email address if this is the case.

Just because that you didn't received withdrawal confirmation is enough reason to tell that Freebitco.in turned into scam? Do you think that they would really risk their reputation builded in all these years just to scam you for 400k Satoshi? Have you at least tried to contact their support before making this accusation? If not, then drop a PM with your account details to TheQuin who is community manager of Freebitco.in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=143168. Ther was some issue with confirmation emails from Freebitco.in because few email providers blocked messages from this website. So, now it's recommend to use Gmail on your Freebitco.in account to avoid such issues.
