Hi everyone,

So I have been working on this project for a while its finally finished and ready to be presented to the community.
Moononion is a provably fair secure lottery/gambling site with 2 simple main games coinflip and ticket lottery.

On moononion you can only play using DeepOnions no other currency is accepted.
Everyone can contribute to moononion, I am willing to make changes as community suggests.
We also created a telegram group where you can come and chat, ask for help, give a suggestion,leave a feedback. MoonOnion is still on alpha phase so small bugs might occur.


How to play?

Coinflip : You create a game with minimum amount of 0.1 onions and wait for player 2 to join , or you can join at any of the created games. If there are no players online you can cancel the game.

Lottery : You buy tickets to participate, ticket price is 1 Onion there are 10 tickets for sale.
More tickets = more chance to win. When all tickets are sold winner will be revealed and after few minutes new lottery game will start. You can choose your ticket number, winner would get 10 onions.

There is no deposit or withdrawal limit, but there is a minimum of 0.1 onions to create a coinflip game.
There is a 2.5% fee for each game played which will mainly go to giveaways.

It's better than the 7.5%? fee that the other site had lol. 2.5% is good because it's not just dice I guess.

Hopefully they add Bitcoin because it would attract more players or add a shapeshift option to switch your bitcoin into deeponion or something

Pretty smart way to promote DeepOnion, but I don't think this will be favorable in the long term since majority of the crowd prefer investing through Bitcoin and don't care much about altcoins in this aspect.

This is why it would be better to offer Bitcoin as an alternative payment option if you wish to attract customers. Also, I don't think that the fee is a problem as others have mentioned. I like the variety of games that are being offered.

We will reduce the fee's as more players start to join also there is no dice game we offer coinflip and lottery, 80% of income will go to giveaways.

If it won't work using DeepOnion I might switch it or add more crypto's to play but it was mainly made to promote DeepOnion

Well as title says DeepOnion dedicated , its one way to promote the coin by offering such service.

The layout is nice and clean. Just like stomachgrowls mentioned, I also would advise you to to add bitcoin as a deposit option. Deeponion is not that popular as a crypto currency. At least not yet.

And I also don't see a faucet. If you want to attract more people you better implement one. Giving away a few satoshis in every 3-5 minutes won't hurt your bankroll and people will be able to try your site for free. There isn't a better advertisement than this.

Same opinion and views as well where these games are pretty boring.

If we do try to look at the fail rate of these type of games is pretty high basing on how they do caught gamblers attention.Most of them would end up on playing Dice games and sports betting.Lottery is never an appealing game every since.We do see lots of it but eventually ended up to go down due to lack of players or interest and not to discourage but this is the sad reality of these games.
We would always love to see which is something unique but as being said this is indeed the hardest part.

The site seems pretty barren and could most definitely use some more games in the future (coinflip seems pretty unused at the moment to me), but I do also have another suggestion that I often don't see added on most newer gambling sites: having changeable themes (e.g from the default theme to a solid black background or darker version of the background, etc). I'm not a big fan of the background theme of the site and I also like to use sites that have a darker theme as well. Having some level of customizeability would be nice.

This is entirely a new platform. Also, it hasn't got much users till date. Usage of deep onion alone for gambling will never attract large users towards gambling. The website interface looks good, but it has got errors while using on the mobile. Some files weren't getting loaded completely.

there was a good dice site, don't remember its name
but it was for deep web and it is offline now, at least the last time I tried to reach it it was
but yeah, deeponion is not hugely popular and you'd be much better off adding shapeshift and btc exchange
also dice is the most popular game , why don't you include it as well? think of how you can make it work in your setup
because it is easily the most popular game , taking, IMHO at least 75% of the market of online crypto gaming

I remember when it was started, people are actively promoting it but due to the bear season, it ha not survive its volume and I guess supporters have also dump their coins. To gain more attention, I guess you should also add popular coins, especially BTC and ETH because your site already signifies promoting DO.

There's always a room for improvement and if OP is always open for changes and will take opinions as challenge to grow, taking this first step as a testing ground and quickly adjust to what players will be needed, if I'm not mistaken the concept of using alts was been introduce before so there's
a lots of things to consider working for this new house.

Hey saw your site and it looks really plain going ahead you should try to add better graphics to it, otherwise people will bounce off quickly from the homepage. I can see this site is more about promoting your coin than it is for games, but that really won’t work in today’s time you need to give gamblers their choice of coins. Lastly I would suggest you to immediately reduce the fees, add dice game and do some giveaway to get some players to your site good luck going ahead.

Low fees will attract more gamblers and it's a good strategy to complete with other existing gambling sites.
The edge is already your friend and you can make money on it depending on how big the amount wager in your site, the bigger the better and it will just improve if you also improve your site. I admit OP because he help this crypto community to grow, I don't know if it's the first gambling platform for Deeponion but my first time to see this kind.

A short explanation for everyone main reason for creating MoonOnion project was to support DeepOnion, our aim is not to be #1 on gambling community but just to provide a fun place for DeepOnion supporters.Also about fees , 80% of income will go to giveaways and we will reduce it soon.
Please be patient about changes we cannot just add dice game within one day, we did not expect such interest this early.

I think running the site in the Onion network as well is one of the first things you should do. If you are going to promote this coin, it is the best place to start since where deeponions are to be used if not in the Dark Web? In other words, people here are not your audience for the most part and they are unlikely to buy deeponions just to try out your site

On the other hand, if you also add a few well-established altcoins (e.g. Dogecoin, Litecoin, etc) and allow free conversion between them and DeepOnion (as other gambling portals have already done), some may in fact look deeper into this coin and get interested in it
