Services will include offline backup of currencies and trading platform with very fast speed. New features will also be added in future. Revenue Generation[/size]
Altcoin market is quite rewarding if funds are used properly.We want to share those rewards with our shareholders by increasing the size of investment.Revenue will be generated by charging 0.05% fees on trading, 0.01% fees levied on withdrawals and other trading activities. 80% of the revenue from trading and withdrawal fees will be distributed to our investors and revenues from other activities will be used to reward our investors with daily returns. Daily returns will be distributed regularly from 15th March onwards at 10 PM GMT.
Capital Structure
Total shared offered to the public will be 150,000. This will be done in two rounds. In first round a total of ten thousand (100,000) shares will be offered at the rate of 0.001 BTC per share and in second round five thousand (50,000) shares will be offered at the rate of 0.005 BTC per share.
Funds ManagementAltcoin market is a very risky investment so to keep shareholder’s funds safe, 25% of total funds collected will be invested in the physical commodity like gold or silver. These funds will be kept for uncertainties and all shareholders will be paid back 25% of initial offering price in any unfortunate situation, so you don’t have to worry about losing 100% of your investment.
60% funds will be used for high quality servers, development and marketing purposes. Our goal is to serve at a blazing fast speed without any lags in trading. We understand that in crypto currency market time is money, so the quality of service will be best in the market.
10% funds will be used for generating revenues before the launch of the exchange, so that our investors don’t have to wait. This will be done by trading, hedging and investing.
Remaining 5% funds will be returned to shareholders in the form of prize draws.
Shareholders incentivesAll shareholders can expect a return of 0.4-0.6%8 daily on their investment (initial issue price), which equates to 12-18% monthly and 108-206% yearly return. This will be irrespective of launch and operation of exchange as it will be funded by other activities like hedging,trading and investing.
80% of total profits will be distributed to shareholders as dividends after exchange is open.

Shareholder’s votes will be preferred for addition of new coins.
Dividends will be paid on time, which will be every day at 10 PM GMT from 15th March onward.·
After each round of share issue, three lucky shareholders will be rewarded with certain amount of BTC. This amount will be paid from the funds collected and will vary between 5% - 10% of total funds received.
