I have a friend whose salary is paid in bitcoin but what I can not ascertain is how and where his employer buy bitcoin from, but to get bitcoin is not hard cause you can easily purchase bitcoin with your credit card from exchange and other vendors. Bitcoin is a volatile assets and at that the employer who want to pay salary in bitcoin will be ready for what ever will be the outcome of the volatile market at every time.

I am not aware of cases where an employer paid salaries to their employees in bitcoin. I thought that this is only possible on the Internet and bitcoin can be obtained for the provision of any service or for participation in the bounty company. But if there were such cases, I would be interested to read how it all happened.

I think no one wants to get paid or to be paid in Bitcoin are some other cryptocurrency because cryptocurrency are not stable so people will be afraid of getting cryptocurrency salary are cryptocurrency paid method so it will not be able to marriage in today situation but in future it may be works.

Unfortunately, I'm not being paid in Bitcoin, apart from those few dollars for my signature, but I don't see why changing Bitcoin price would be a problem for the employer. If both parties agree to receive Bitcoin, there are various ways to ensure both parties are ok. If the business holds large amounts of Bitcoin anyway, the employee agrees to receive a certain amount, e.g. 0.5 BTC per month for a year. If the price goes down, it's his loss, if the price goes up, it's his win.
If the business buys Bitcoin only to pay its employees, it can be agreed that Bitcoins will be converted on the day of payment at a certain hour and at that time a person responsible for payments will purchase coins and send them to employees. Whatever the price will be you will have a chance to sell on the same day, like 10 minutes later, without the risk of any value loss.

This is the main difference between traditional bank transfers and Bitcoin. You can agree to send the transaction at exactly 9 a.m. on the first day of the month and every employee will be able to open their wallet at 9:01 (lightning network) and have the money all there, ready and waiting.

I agree with this strategy. Pegging bitcoin in work hours and not fit would also increase price stability, as there would be no effort put into earning it, and one would be less likely to sell at a lower price.

It would be weighed less using speculative value and more with the work effort put in. It also has the added benefit of quick, cheap transactions, which are transparent and open source, ans irreversible

Its still a while before it would receive that much acceptance and mass adoption

Though I haven't got a payment in crypto but I have the experience to give payment in crypto to them who worked for me! They had a little info about crypto but after getting payment in crypto they felt confused! and asked me what can we do by these in this country?! I explained and when they cashed out, they were happy! Because at that time eth price was increased and they got a bigger amount than the exact salary 
Still, When I remember this incident, I start laughing myself!

I do not know any in my circle who would be paid in bitcoin or crypto. But! No matter how I like and believe in bitcoin I wouldn't like to been paid in bitcoin. It's price is never the same and it's too risky to me to live one month on 100$ and another on 300$ or opposite.

my country does not legalize crypto. and many people who don't know about crypto, I have asked for a salary by paying using BTC to my boss, but my boss doesn't understand the concept. he say to me, that it was a difficult payment.

everyone that gets his salary paid in crypto is then selling those for communal fiats to pay his bill this ultimately leads to a price decline, crypto will start to flourish as soon as the communal banks collapse

That's why it's hard to use crypto as an salary payment since you both don't know how much it will gain or loss in a matter of time but if you're a online worker or nor and you want to accept crytptocurrency then you should both agreed like this:

$200 in BTC or ETH (just an example) the amount of cryptocurrency will be based on the value of it and not will be based by the crypto alone.

It's nothing new,  cause a lot of companies are now paying their workers in bitcoin and other cryptocurrency.  And I believe this is part of what we want in the digital world industry, a situation where by cryptos will be used as a substitute of fiat. The most important is making  the amount based on USD because of the inconsistency of Bitcoin price.

I wouldnt like my salary to be paid in Bitcoin because at the moment
I cannot pay my utility bills in bitcoin, I cannot buy fuel for my car with
bitcoin or buy groceries. I would just end up converting it or the majority
of it into FIAT.

I suppose if it did happen on a greater scale it would probably prompt
traders and service providers to accept it

With the current market situation, I will not go for it, the market is so volatile that when you receive your salary it will be down by up to 12%, I will only agree to receive my salary through cryptocurrency if the market is good and very stable but not now.

I have never heard of an employer paying with crypto and vice versa too ... if there is a very good one, it means that it has developed and that it is equally beneficial, if the salary is used cripto or coin

I am not getting paid in Bitcoin myself, but I know of someone that are getting paid in Crypto currency every week. This guy made an arrangement with his employer to pay 90% of his salary in Fiat and the remaining 10% in Bitcoin. He did this, because that was the potion of his Fiat salary that he used to buy bitcoins every month and now the employer is doing it for him.

They transfer the bitcoins into a Bitcoin address he gave to them, but I do not know how they buy and when they transfer the coins to his address.

It's a very interesting question. If I am paid by Bitcoin at a price $4K and no need use it quickly then I will hold it. But someone who needs money instantly for his family maintenance he must sell it because they could lose some money doing late according to the current market situation.

In my country (Vietnam) electronic money has not been widely available so I have not seen a group or company paying by Bitcoin or crypto. The pay by Bitcoin or crypto, I think it is not suitable for many countries because there are still a part of people who are not able to contact with technology.

Unfortunately ,it won't happen at my place because the government is not agree with crypto.
Let say if for somehow , my government legalize it away, my people prefer using fiat as salary payment because they are not dare to take the risk of gambling !
