Of course as new exchange its hard to trust and we know we have many competitiors.
By the way the actual version is not open source cause we can use 2 base pairs.
The idea we have is not set withdrawel fees as low as the specific coin wallet accept. So you can do your trades and withdrawel your coins at save place fast.
And we have a small team. In exchange case this may result in some waiting for support but chance of a "inner" hack happened very offen is lower.
Hopefully time will show that we dont have any interest to scam anyone.

Its nearly impossible to get listed there for coins and even less for exchanges (apart you do massive wash trading). So our goal is coingecko for start, a good and representive website. |

The biggest problems for new exchangers are small trading volumes and a big price difference between buying and selling. How are things on your exchange?
If you will look at their exchange site, the trading volume is really low and most of the coins listed has no more buy order. This is the challenge for new and small exchanges. The UI is very simple as I believe they are using the open source code in this exchange. But they should improve the aesthetic appearance of their site. And right now, it is showing 149 registered users. That number is very small for a crypto exchange. They need to gain more traders on their platform. |

Yes you are right, trading volume must increase.
We currently got some good trading volume in volta, some new coin.
About the userinterface. Its not open source, the open source version as only one trading pair :-)
Mostly it depends all on trust. So we hopefully will grow more and more.
