I think so, in 2017 the daily transaction volume can reach $ 50 billion per day so that it can make the market skyrocket, but now the daily volume is not more than $ 10 billion so it is difficult to see 2019 will be better than 2017.

it wont be better.
in 2017 new investors lose lots of money especially new investors. in 2019 they wont bring hot money to market. so there wont a pump like 2017. but small and stable increase will occur.
