Such sections exist on the forum, but this does not solve the problem of deceived investors and bounty hunters. The solution to the problem is not progressing, there is a discussion of scammers, but no more than that.

But it can stop people from investing on those projects if they watch that section on time.So as investors they need to do enough research before investing their hard earned money because its their responsibility.

Do you have suggestions on how to practically eradicate scamer projects? because it's true that these scamers have reduced trust in crypto

The idea is good on paper but it's easier said than done especially that investors/hunters have different opinions whether a project is a scam or not. You'll always see someone who will defend a accused of being a scam to protect their own interest.

In our time, the investor will think a thousand times before investing and he will not pay attention to the project which is a fraud, but you need to deal with such actions and periodically visit the thread on the forum about fraud in projects. For example, here is the link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4701035.0

My opinion is every dev should go through some security process before allowing them to post on here for bounty hunters to promote ,its because nothing is holding them back that's why they are so free,there is no law and where there is no law we all know what will happen

This is an issue that has been repeatedly revealed as an idea. But the definition of SCAM changes according to the individual. If it were already officially SCAM, we would call it fraud. Even if such ideas are in good faith, it is very difficult to get results.

The only way to stop scammers is to educate people/investors to learn how to find who is a cheater and who is genuine. This unfortunately involves lot of researchs and many skills which not every users has out there.
For this reason there are many sections of this forums where you can check if someone is marked as scammer or potential fraudster:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 -> SCAM ACCUSATIONS

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=227.0 -> INVESTIGATIONS

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=129.0 -> REPUTATION THREAD

There are many scams in bounty activities, and bounty hunters are also victims of scams. I believe that no hunter deliberately helps the fraudster.

You're right. The problem of fraud is quite relevant. At first, everyone silently swallowed deception, now they have begun to raise this topic. But there is nothing further to say. Fraud scares potential investors, thereby worsening the picture of the cryptographic market.

I think there are already something like that here that are being used to locate and know if the account is a scammer or something that cannot be trusted, but then again still those scammers can use another account.

I support the scam sections and those people who are active on that sections if you are serious bounty hunters it is very important that you checked that section so you can find out if the project that you want to invest in or promote are there.

Scammers will never go out from this crypto world. They always present the interesting thing and project that ensure us as the investors and bounty hunters to be involved or participate in. Well, many people are mad of this messy thing. No one can mercy this scammer. However, what can we do> We may be able to minimize the risk of scammed by doing the deep analysis and being more careful. However, it doesn't mean that we can avoid them 100%. Because they are also very smart.
Well, no mercy about scammers

Around 80% of ICOs last year were scams that have now dissolved, with further regulation and potential investors furtherment of education - less and less people are being caught up, but they still are - if you see and can advise then do help others before they end up in peril. Whatever projects or wherever we are from - we are all in this together and it does not take much to help others..

So far i have seen a lot of experts have created a lot of awareness thread about that but it seems there were some bounty hunters blindly following and promoting for fast money. This must be fixed.
But the difficult thing is how to do that when they don't care about our awareness. Look at ETCV thread and it can be a good example.

Even if you list them as a scam project, they won't do anything to prove legitimacy but the scam team will just create another fake project. Seems confusing, huh?
