You can be a trader when you have good analytical skills or if you want to create a website you can build your own exchange too or review site or the site which can give all the information about crypto coinmarketcap.Much more opportunities available other than ICO.

In my opinion, a great idea is a store of specific goods (associated with the cryptosphere), or some information products, the main payment of which is Bitcoin. I think if you refine this idea, you can do something very profitable. I myself think about it. And this idea seems promising to me.

You can offer up your services for hire. There are lots of projects and platforms being launched regularly and there are several boards and also marketplace sections on the forum where you can advertise.

I would be able to give you more options if you hadn't said that you are good at statistics. 
If you want to combine statistics with a website you can create your own site where you can upload analyses and predictions of future price trends for various coins. You can also offer your advice on trading giving signals etc.

There are various things that you can do and earn crypto's without having an ICO. You have an idea about making a website, you can make your own way of featuring products or creating your own crypto news website and get paid for ads.

E-commerce, drop shipping and other commission base profit sharing which you can convert to crypto's depending on your terms and agreement. You can also create a simple blogging website and create "how-to" and monetize each of your blogs.

Maybe you should try yourself as an employee of some ICO project? I understand that now may not be the best time to participate in ICO projects as an investor, but you can get invaluable experience in terms of working on a project in the field of cryptocurrency. I think your best option will be to make an exchange.
If you manage to provide liquidity and high level of security, you will win big from fees. But making an exchange requite a significant investments.
If you don't have time to do anything actively, just give your money on exchanges for lending.

A lot, Since you have a website why don't you start creating blogs that contains good informations or maybe a news or any crypto related stuffs that will attract traffic and put some ads in your website, also if you don't want to invest in ICO since 95% of them ends as a failure or a scam. You can invest directly through coins that are already listed on the market and do a day trading since day trading costs only low risk but low profit but it's your call what kind of strategy you're going to use.

You can make any business without using the ICO model to raise funds. You even seem confusing what is the purpose of ICOs. It's for raising funds like the IPOs. If you don't need money to start your crypto business you don't need ICO.

ico is not the sole criteria for any business to work,you can continue to develop project and get hired by major IT firm as big giant are positively looking forward towards crypto and blockchain so there is good chance to get it and as blockchain is new so you can get good hold and develop multiple application which can further develop revenue.

Just be an investor or trader and since you are good in numbers, you can now easily understand the market and you can now trade without worrying what to buy, you just need learn the process. right, I prefer trading rather than investing in ico, especially nowadays there are many ico scam so it will be more difficult to predict, and in trading if we are not good at analyzing, we can choose the safest coin, namely bitcoin. If you do plan to have a website then you can create either a blog one but i don't see it would be much effective on this current condition specially it is already somehow saturated.
If you do have the money then better be an investor where purchasing coins while still its cheap. Trading and simply keep holding it will already give you the tendency on profiting. If you do really
like to be an active crypto business man then buy and sell good for crypto or also your services/skills would be the best option.
