I think really when systems of control are abused by those controlling them then that should be addressed here in meta because it requires actions from admin that can prevent it in taking place future.

For example strict criteria should be introduced for giving red trust then such abuse will not take place.

This is just common sense.

All of this can be avoided with some strict criteria for red trusting people.   Criteria that is enforced needs to be created then these kinds of non scamming issues will stop diluting the value of the trust system and also leading to encroachment of free speech.
