Yeah, those are obviously all vapid one-liners made to look just a little bit more substantial than the typical "great project" bump, but don't let that fool you--it's the same thing. Those posts take about 3 seconds to write, don't say anything important or constructive at all, and I bet most if not all of them are alt accounts which are being paid to do the bumping.
IMO they should all be banned. Haven't checked their post histories, but I would also bet that the rest of their posts are insubstantial garbage as well. Any of the merits they got are probably either bought or from alt accounts, too. Yes, that's an accusation without proof but I've seen enough crap like this not to take any of their posts at face value, and I know there's money to be made in bumping ICO ANN threads.
