How hard can it be to credit a bonus? 5 hours? Or over 24 hours. Thats the time I have been waiting for... I am normally not the one to defend bookmakers, but you should show some more gratitude. You should be happy, that you - what it looks like - still get the bonus, although you didn't follow the instructions. Don't try to make the bookmaker responsible for your mistakes and moan, when technically they owe you nothing. They are showing goodwill and this should be appreciated (more). While waiting for customer support to answer is always annoying, you and your issue are probably not the highest priority right now. We appreciate your comments and will work to improve and ensure that everyone is taken care of promptly for every aspect including bonuses. |

Sounds very cool. Can the Play Betr make deal with Binance to list the PBR coin on Binance? Are there any barrier to make such deal with Binance? I know the PlayBetr platform has some very good coins to use for moving funds from exchanges to casinos, with very fast transaction speeds and very low fees. For example, XRP, ETH, etc. but having PBR directly listed on Binance or other exchanges is so good. |

You can certainly bet big at Playbetr. We will take great care of you. Thank you. You dodged the guys question he asked any proof that you can afford to pay bigger sums. I think it's a valid question as some of the limits at casino are quite high that it is POSSIBLE albeit very unlikely that someone could potentially win like 50 bitcoin. Now I don't know personally I doubt website like yours would have that kind of funds available so I do think it's a valid question. |

There is no point in doubting the site as they are running smoothly for a long time and there is no solid accusation against the team. What is your point in questioning their authenticity using a throw away account. @OP i would like to have a clarity on this aspect, when i tried to withdraw the funds for the first time a few weeks back it took a couple of days and some verification to get the funds, what i like to know is that whether i have to wait a couple of days for withdrawal every time or was it an one time issue. |

The verification is to ensure you are not playing from a restricted jurisdiction and you are not multi-accounting. Once your account is confirmed withdrawals should be as quick as 15 minutes and we have 24 hour support that can send it immediately. |

My account is already confirmed and i made my withdrawal even though there was a hiccup initially because that was the first time using the site to withdraw as usually i bust them  ,but what i wanted to know is whether the verification procedure will be carried on every time i try to withdraw. If you have received a withdraw then the verification procedure is complete and therefore No it will not be carried again unless there is suspected multi-accounting which is very very rare but it does happen to take advantage of different types of promotions. Thank you for your question. |

Yeah, the team have plans to do more expansion for PlayBetr. I appreciated your disclosure on the platform future plans, not too many details but it is still good to know. I know the platform have dozens of gates to deposit and use different cryptocurrencies to play. With current accepted ones, customers already have convenience when using the platform. What I hope to see is listing on other exchanges and expand the company as well as PBR liquidity. Anyway, the pandemic is here and all of them need time to go to life.
