As per Virtykza , he told that he used to play at Playbetr previously as they had not blocked gamblers from Russia but now since they have blocked the gamblers from Russia, they have blocked his account which contains amount over 0.2 bitcoins which is a big account.
If he is saying right, then it is his right that he gets his money withdrawal and then he may leave the site.

Also, we need to know from when he is playing using VPN ?

Hello. I do not know why in 2019 I was suspected of multiaccounting. I passed the check and the account was exposed. Then I didn't use vpn. I provided the documents that I am from Russia and there were no questions for me. Now I decided to play again and played for 10 days and no one blocked me while I was making deposits. Deposits in total were 0.2 btc. the deposit address changed in playbetr because it is different. As soon as I ordered the payment, my account was blocked without explanation. They started asking where I was. Which I answered honestly. Then they didn't even check my money, but just stole everything. By returning not all deposits, but only the last one in 0.05 bitcoin. Well, even if I broke the rules by playing from the wrong location, I should get all the deposits back, not just one.
I reported to the playbetr service. But they lie that they have banned players from Russia since 2018. In September 2019, I was tested as a player from Russia. In Russia, all bookmakers are blocked except those that are registered in Russia, I can't get to their website without VPN. I didn't know the rules had changed. When I registered in 2019, I did not use vpn. Back then, bookmakers were not blocked in Russia. I have been verified as a player from Russia. Then I didn't play for several years. I guess it is related to their current migration to Betcoin so they might be a bit busy at the moment, and perhaps he can try to contact betcoin as well about the issue.
As per email about the migration, they say that the support staff is the same for both website, that's why I think it is also possible to contact betcoin for any case in playbetr.
By the way, will Playbetr close the website down once the migration is completed or playbetr will remain alive?

I don't think so, but I have some doubts about it. They have discontinued the signature campaign here, OP has stopped giving updates in this thread. Now they are trying to migrate user account on Betcoin.ag from Playbetr. Maybe they will make some major update on Playbetr.

Again on this thread, people from Russia are complaining about their account blocking issues, and their deposits are being stuck. I don't know why the sites are not refunding those amounts to the Russian people. We agree that Russian citizens are not allowed to play due to sanctions. But the sites must make some mechanism to make refunds to those players.

I received the same bonus for the migration which was a nice bonus although I lost it all quite fast.
Coming up to the login issue, I think it is because of the migration, high likely Playbetr wont be accessible anymore in the near future as they have informed players to do migration process to Betcoin.
In case anyone has some balance in Playbetr account and have not done the migration process, it is better to contact betcoin support in order to do migration and maybe transfer the available balance in Playbetr to Betcoin.
