By "withdrawal" you mean the cashout feature right ? It is a good feature but for it to work they have to improve their live betting since the cashed out amount heavily relies on the offered live odds.

Reputation is the obvious and highest priority because if you cannot trust the sportsbook then there is no reason if you are winning or loosing because you don't know if you are actually winning or is it just an illusion because the sportsbook might not process your withdrawals.
