Website is poorly designed. I doubt this is done by pro.
As far as I know those coin that is verified by WAVES has colored green on the wDEX. So be careful investing on WAVES tokens you need to verify it. If you have installed the waves client, you have the way to verify it by searching its Asset ID : 9sDLTwLPDLMcaqLjgLYUfRcAGttiiZmPVgmK8RFLPU7i

With a token on the Waves network, it's hard to make an ambitious entry. Is there any Waves token we can call successful? I don't remember any.
