This is why we mention to fully go through the whitepaper in this introductory post, as the whitepaper explains it thoroughly. The ERC-20 token that will go during the ICO will not have this capability.
The ICO will fund several services for the Zynecoin (which is all mentioned in the WP) and so a blockchain called WETHIO (meaning exchange in Wolof), this blockchain owned by Zynecoin, operated under Zynecoin, that we are currently developing and will have ready by Q4 of 2019 or Q1 2020 at the latest - will have this capability.
