hey cool site but im confused about the trading section. i have some questions for the 42-coin/btc buy section. price column is the amount of 42-coin im getting in btc?. amount column 42-coin is the satoshi im getting in 42-coin? if yes how is satoshi calculated for 42-coin (i cant find it on the internet) or is this satoshi is in btc?. total column is the cost im paying for the trade?

I think you are confused because of the 42-coin price, it is twice as high as BTC. The calculation in satoshi is the same as for BTC.

No issues with deposits - I did have an issue with a withdrawal being stuck and after opening a support ticket it was quickly resolved. No.

If it's not a completed trade then the price you offered for the currency isnt good enough for the market / market price so it'll stay as an order until sold into.

Given the current situation with the worlds response currently to the Corona Virus, we are further limited on platform management so have taken the decision to remove projects from the exchange.



**Why do we remove projects**



Generally we are really relaxed and responsive when it comes to keeping projects on the exchange, as long as the project is active and there is a community behind it makes sense to give the projects as long as possible on the exchange with a market in order to give it time to start generating any volume, As an example we only ask for an average of 10 trades across a 14 day timeline - and even then, it's an average we look at.



That said, we have an operational efficiency to adhere to and generally speaking if a project doesn't generate any trade activity, this means we have a deadpoint API as well as an empty looking exchange if we don't purge the list of active projects. If there is no trading activity, it either means the projects community has come to a standstill or it's moved to another exchange.

Well, I made a withdrawal 3 hours ago in btc and it is still not processed, do I have to wait 24 hours?

No, as the exchange states when you press withdraw it can take upto 24 hours. Not specifically, 24 hours.

We use cold storage for all wallets, due to this transactions are generally batched -  we actually care about security.
