We use cold storage for all wallets, due to this transactions are generally batched -  we actually care about security.

No, it doesn’t take 7 hours - just in your instance it did. We use, cold storage I don’t think your getting what we are saying the majority of that time is awaiting for the balance to move from the cold wallet, to the hot wallet -  the fee is irrelevant to the speed and that’s not a static fee either, it’s dynamic.

     This is a "nice" exchange. It looks like they have a standard situation. I withdrew from it twice. The first time I did not wait very long - about 2 days. I wrote everywhere: in support, in discord and so on. After that I was banned from discord.
     This time I waited two days, then wrote to support (I can’t write anywhere else). More than three days have passed, but there are no results. Support does not respond to tickets, there is not even a response from the robot about receiving a ticket. How much longer to wait, I do not know.
