Thing with such teams is they don't have balanced department in both the sections to emerge victorious (i.e, bowling and batting) if particular has good battling, they tend to perform poor in bowling and thus unable to defend even good scores. Something like RCB in IPL.

You are right, the way Scotland's openers batted looked like they would have given England a big target had the rain not interfered. But England bowlers did not bowl very well against Scotland. Because the two opening pairs of Scotland finished playing 10 overs while England could not take a wicket, it is definitely a failure for England bowlers. However, it is not understood which team would have won if the rain did not change. Because of that, everyone took Scotland lightly. Everyone predicted that the England team would win very strongly against Scotland. As we saw in the Afghanistan vs Uganda match, the Ugandan team was bowled out for just 58 runs in a superb performance by Afghanistan. However, England bowlers bowled very well but could not prove that against Scotland. Scotland batsmen batted very responsibly which will give them confidence in their next matches even if the match is abandoned without any result. I Think Rain interruption is beneficial for England because their Bowlers didn't bowled well in this match. if we look at the Scotland batting performance then Scotland is favorites to win this match but the match is abounded after Scotland first inning. England bowler Mark wood didn't pick any wickets but his economy rate is very good just gives only 11 runs. However, the Nepal team must have to played well because there were too much people who came to support them but their players disappointed their fans. I hope that in the next matches, the Nepal team will not disappointed us as they have done in yesterday's match. They were all out at 106 runs which means that it was an easy match winning chase by the Netherlands team.

Of course, the rain gave benefits to the England team because just imagine, if there had not be the name of the rain at the last match then in the 20 overs, the Scotland team could set a good target even may their openers played until the last ball, if the openers after making the partnership of 140 runs then their top-order and middle also very good, they can also take the match away from England and can make good runs so all over, they were able to give target around 185-200.

Also, they have an average bowling attack but I am sure that the bowling attack defends against this because it is the pressure from losing a weak team that results in panic even in the strong batting camp.
