In the second match of MLC season 2025, MI New York after winning toss decided to bowl first things were favourable for them as they were taking quick wickets until 11 overs. Calvin Savage 32 years old South African all-rounder change the match momentum as he hits 53 on 34 balls which gave good target of 185 to defend for his team Texas Super Kings.

While in chase MI New York was also in trouble from start, but 4th wicket partnership brought the match to alive, Monank Patel hit 62 runs but his team still fail to win the match, and they started their campaign in this season with 3 runs win. Major League Cricket has got a great start to the season, with some very high quality matches. At the moment, Seattle Orcas are taking on Washington Freedom. And what surprised me is that the organizers are not much worried about the Indian market. The third match (between San Francisco Unicorns and Los Angeles Knight Riders) was scheduled at 2:30 am Indian time. They are mainly trying to focus on the local market, unlike the other leagues who are dependent to a large degree on the Indian market.

Lewis played brilliant inning in this match and he made 91 runs in this match. Powell and Carty also played well and made 100 runs. In bowling Hosein took 3 wickets and Holder took 2 wickets. West Indies team gave good target and they defended that score. No double, West Indies players are famous all over the World due to their performance and they are best for short format.
