From that situation I think New Zealand had a great chance to actually win the match. But after the 3rd wicket fell, after Mendis got out, The flow of runs absolutely dried out for too longga. And New Zealand took advantage of that. From that moment Sri Lanka lost wickets pretty quickly. 6 players that came into bat after Asalanka, scored 9 runs all together. Damn, New Zealand has given more extras than that. And with this win New Zealand is able to secure the series win as well.

In the last stages of the game, it also became hard for the Sri Lanka to win this game as few balls were left and as i remember they needed to make around 60 runs in the last 5 overs. I feel pity for them as it was a difficult task for them but still the hopes were with them. As in the previous game, they were so close but cannot win, that is why I was hoping for today but at the end of the day New Zealand won the game. From the start of the game, the match was so interesting and both teams played equally well but NZ kept their nerves till the end.

The Sri Lankan team's opening batting performance was very good, Kusal Perera was the last patient batsman in this match. But after Kusal Perera was out, no other patient batsman could survive, there was enough runs scored until the power play but in the end they failed to save the wickets and win.
The New Zealand team's bowler Jacup Duffy gave the most important bowling performance and took 4 wickets for 15 runs in 4 overs, and he dismissed the wickets that were the most aggressive batsmen of the Sri Lanka team. That's why I think the New Zealand team players won very easily.

Yesterday we saw excellent by that players of New Zealand International T20 cricket team because that team made excellent runs in this match and after they won the match easily by high margin and they played well in all formats because they did excellent bowling, batting and fielding. Mitchell Hay was awarded as player of the match because he gave excellent effort for the win of team and we are expecting that team will win next match and Sri Lankan team is little nervous because they lost 2 matches of the series and hopefully they will lost next match and the result of this series could be 3-0 . But Sri Lankan players should give all effort to win next match because they could win this match.

The way the batsmen of Sylhet Sixers were scoring runs from the beginning, it seemed that they would win this match very easily. Sylhet Sixers played very well in the mandatory power play i.e. they scored 48 runs in the first 6 overs. Sylhet Sixers batsmen tried to score runs at a fast pace from the very beginning.

After winning two matches in a row, Rangpur Riders are already at the bottom of the points table with four points.

You need a little correction because Rangpur Riders have won two consecutive matches so they have the most points. If a team has the most points in the points table then that team is on top. You wrote at the bottom of the point table without mentioning the word "above" the point table.

As we have Sri Lanka defeated in first game of the series now I strongly believe they deserved to be whitewashed because after having good start and control of game suddenly they have gone like crap and also lost game is surely shameful for them opening stand ended on 121 then rest of team fail to score anything good specially all players gone on single digit in second game we have again good batting from New Zealand but sadly Sri Lankan batting down badly.

We have few personal good performances from Jacob Duffy, Pathum Nissanka and Wanindu Hasaranga which are good for the game and these countries hopefully we will have good contest in last game on Thursday after this ODI series could be also well-balanced.

This series was between two teams in rebuilding phase. Sri Lanka has been on the downslide ever since their legends such as Malinga retired, while the same can be said about New Zealand who are struggling as a result of the absence from Trent Boult, Kyle Jamieson and Lockie Ferguson. But Gen X has more than made up for the absence of experienced players, for both the teams. Rachin Ravindra has been exceptional, while Jacob Duffy and Matt Henry has filled the vacuum at the bowling department. For Sri Lanka, Nuwan Thushara has been impressive with the ball, while Pathum Nissanka is doing the job with the bat.

Sydney Sixers seems to be struggling in their chase against Hobart Hurricanes, in the 18th match of this season's Big Bash League. They have lost three quick wickets, with Waqar Salamkheil, Chris Jordan and Nikhil Chaudhary all picking one scalp each. BTW, it is interesting to see Nikhil Chaudhary back in the Hobart Hurricanes squad. He was briefly suspended after a previous rape charge against him was revealed. In this match his performance was good with the bat as well (scored 42 from 31 balls).

Yes, one of the goals of Sri Lanka at present is that they do not get whitewashed in the T20 series, if they can win the third match against New Zealand, then they will win at least one match in the series. I think Sri Lanka will play well enough to make New Zealand lose their next match and they will try their best to beat New Zealand. If Sri Lanka can perform better in their third match compared to the last two matches, then it will definitely guide them to win. But of course Sri Lanka will have to put pressure on the New Zealand batsmen so that they do not score more runs, if they score more runs, then Sri Lanka will have less chance of winning.
