South Africa lost to New Zealand in the semi-final match today, which is really painful for them. South Africa has reached the semi-finals twice in the last three World Cups and once in the final, but they have lost every time due to their luck. South Africa had a chance to change history, but luck was not on their side, due to which they had to leave the semi-finals in such a situation. However, New Zealand performed brilliantly, their batting performance was very exciting, especially Finn Allen, he scored runs quickly. Finn Allen remained unbeaten on 100 runs off 33 balls for the team and qualified the team from the semi-finals to the final. However, congratulations to the New Zealand team, they played brilliantly. I want the New Zealand team to win the trophy in this World Cup and fulfill their long-standing dream.

Many of us assumed that the South African team would win this semi-final match against the New Zealand team but that was not possible. The New Zealand team gave an incredible performance against the South African team, although I will not talk much about the bowling performance but their batting performance was mind blowing in one word.

Because despite the event target of 170, they completed the target in almost half of the innings and at the same time they had 9 more wickets left in hand. We must praise the New Zealand batsman Fin Allen, he scored a quick century in 33 balls, which is usually very rare. Now let's see if they can keep this performance into the final match.

New Zealand batsmen faced no problem in batting and target was reached in just 12.5 overs. Finn Allen with help of 8 sixes and 10 boundaries completed his century.

Chances are that India will win today and qualify for the finals. Stake has India at 1.47 and England at 2.75, and most of the other sportsbooks have similar odds for today's match. For England, it is going to be an uphill task. They need to defeat India in front of close to a hundred thousand fans at the Wankhede Stadium. Defeating India at the Wankhede is a really tough task. And in case of England, I would consider them as the weakest team that entered semi-finals. Who wins the toss will have a definite impact on the outcome of the match. If India wins the toss, then there is hardly any chance that England will go to the finals. In case England wins the toss, then there is a real chance of an upset. England's strength is their spin bowling. And from what we have seen so far, Wankhede supports spinners. I would prefer Abhishek Sharma opening with Ishan Kishan. But after Samson's 97 during the last match, I guess he will be retained as the opener.

We can say that South Africa's luck isn't on their side. An unbeaten team getting ahead and losing to NewZealand with such a huge Margin, how could a team's morale fall down so quickly. It couldn't. It's just luck. It's also a repeating event that we Pakistani fans witnessed in 2021 CWC. We know how it feels. It's like a heart break whose pain lasts forever. We remember the pain till now. So kudos to SA for a great tournament and we will cheer them in any upcoming events as New Zealand also deserves a WC.

Toss become irrelevant since Surya wanted to bat first while Brook elected to bowl, I guess it's a good toss to lose for India.

Another failure of Abishek sharma after those 2 boundaries but Sanju seems to be continuing where he left and also looks to be in good touch, also he got luck that Brook missed a sitter for him. Atleast 200 should be a good score but I am getting the flashback 10 wicket over India.

I think the semi-final between India and England on Thursday will be the most competitive. Because no one will leave anyone out. In terms of strength, neither team is inferior to the other. And that is natural because if they were not a strong team, they would not have reached the semi-finals.
Both teams have some experienced batsmen and bowlers. Although England's top order batsmen have not performed very well in this World Cup, England's middle order batsmen have performed well in this World Cup and their bowling lineup is also good.
