Essentially the dropped catch by Harry Brook sank England. Samson went on to add at least 70 more runs, and if that catch would have been taken then England could have restricted India to around 200. And another reason for England's defeat was poor form from Jofra Archer. He was in pathetic form throughout the tournament. So far he has taken 11 wickets, at an average of 26.00 and conceding 9.53 runs per over. On the other hand, Adil Rashid has picked up 13 wickets at 19.23/8.15. When India started the batting with such aggressiveness I thought that England can't even come close to their score and they will easily win. But oh man was I wrong.
