The match Kolkata Knight riders vs  sunrisers Hyderabad is ongoing Kolkata Knight riders won the toss and select bowling first. But I have a doubt if there is strategy could work because this is the batting friendly pitch So there is a high possibility to saw a high score from the sunrisers Hyderabad team.

Currently sunrisers Hyderabad team took 127 run losing for wicket and current over is 10.4 So if I talk about their run rate  then it is near about the 12 which is an incredible run rate If they can continue like this with consistency on wickets then I think there is school will gonna be over the 220 run and I must say that that would be a good pressure for the Kolkata Knight riders.

Sunrisers Hyderabad  started the inning outstandingly. They started hitting in beginning. They scored 84 runs in power play. They built pressure on opponent team. If we talk about partnerships then they built 2 big partnership in the match. 1st partnership they built at 1st wicket. 1st partnership was 82 runs in 34 balls. Then in middle overs 2nd partnership built which was also 82 runs in 53 balls. Henrik klaasen, Abhishek sharam, Travis Head and Nitish Kumar Reddy played outstanding inning. They scored total 226 runs and lost 8 wickets. On the other hand Kolkata Knight Riders could not chase it because it was a big total and it was very big challenge for chasing. As they performed bowling poor similarly they batted poor. They scored jut 161 runs and dismissed all team. I think they should fought with bravery even though they were unable to win the match. But they took pressure and lost early on wickets. So due to poor performance in both sides they face the defeat very badly.

Well.. I went through the highlights. I normally avoid these "shortened" T20 matches, as they are heavily rigged in favor of the batsmen. Yesterday's match between Lahore Qalandars and Multan Sultans wasn't any different. Mohammad Naeem and Parvez Hossain Emon added 86 runs within the initial 5 overs, and then it was left to Abdullah Shafique and Sikandar Raza to have a proper finishing. Qalandars scored at close to 14 runs per over, and by then the outcome of the match was clear. Shan Masood and Ashton Turner tried their best, but the target was beyond their grasp.

Match at Gaddafi Stadium was great power hitting performance. Lahore had scared bowlers early in game with 60 runs taken by Mohammad Naeem and fast 45 by Parvez Hossain Emon, but Mustafizur Rahman proved to be very skilled bowler and took two wickets in try to slow run. Although Multan Sultans struggled and captain Ashton Turner made 52 not out, they lost their wickets at start and therefore could not even try to reach huge target and this is their first loss in PSL 11 season. Personally I felt that short format and wet ball actually worked to benefit of Lahores aggressive style because it allowed their batsmen freedom to swing at every ball not having to be afraid of losing wickets.

Honestly, this kind of performance from Multan Sultans was completely beyond my expectations. From the first time I saw the match between Multan Sultans and Lahore Qalandars, I thought that since Multan Sultans are good in both batting and bowling, they will win.
But at first, Multan Sultans' bowling was very difficult for Lahore Qalandars' batters and as a result, we saw 185 runs in just 13 overs.I think Multan Sultans lost the match right away. And then when they came out to bat, I became even more frustrated with their batting performance.

Yup this is a good comeback by the Lahore Qalandars. If we see the overall teams then it is Karachi Kings being amazing so far with back to back three wins and also at the top of the table, winning all the games and by the way they are just a single team in the tournament winning 3 on 3.

If today Multan Sultan beat Lahore Qalandars then Multan Sultan might had replaced them by that didn't happened. At the same time in the previous seasons, it was like Karachi without the Kings that they used to face struggle early and hardly qualify, but this time they made a strong comeback, and now this is what Karachi Kings actually are.

I agree with fact that this form of team is stronger than it was in past seasons, however I need to tell that even if Multan Sultans had won their last game Karachi would have stayed on top of table as they had more wins than Sultans. I think spot of Kings as team to beat is now held by their newly found bold self led by likes of Azam Khan and David Warner, where 20-run loss of Multan by Lahore Qalandars has moved them to second spot.

Mohammad Naeem improve the aim with 60, Parvez Hossain Emon tried for 45 runs and showed the performing of making the aim even more powerful. Abdullah Shafique also collected 33 runs and counted towards the aim and also 23 extra runs were added to their aim. MS players were in the process of completing the aim but their players played some wrong shots due to which they could only add 165 runs.

I agree with your view here shortened matches are needed to be skipped because here batsmen always have favorable conditions, which bring trauma for bowlers. Now leagues need to have some changes to their rules; having an extra day will give them a better chance of having a good game for both sides.

Early wickets of Steven Smith and Josh Phillips help Lahore Qalandars win today's game. Also interested in RWP vs. IU. It's going to be challenging for RWP they are looking for their first win in their maiden season.

Sameer Rizvi was dominant player in this match because he played aggressive knock in this match and made 90 runs in just 51 balls and played with strike rate of 176 in this match. He hit 7 sixes and 7 fours in this match and he was a player who played for the team and did not  care for his runs. Mumbai Indians cricket team could not make good target in this match and they made a target of only 162 runs in this match which was very low in this match and players should try to play with excellent strike rate as pitch favour to the batters but they gave early wickets in this match which made pressure on that team and they tried to make a fighting score in this match and they could not try to be dominant on opponent team.

Punjab Kings are already in great batting form to achieve the target of 210 runs. The PBKS team has shown a good performance. They decided to field first in which they scored 50 runs for their opponent team. Shreyas Iyer and Prabhsimran Singh scored 43 runs in the second position. Along with them, Marcus Stoinis and Shashank Singh also remained not out by scoring 9 and 14 runs. They scored a little but still they did not lose their courage and scored some score which increased their target.  Among their bowlers, Yuzvendra Chahal gave 21 runs and in addition, Marcus Stoinis gave 17 runs. If we look at their opponent team, CSK's team has also shown a good performance in comparison to them. They have scored 209 runs while fulfilling the target. From their team, Shivam Dube remained not out while scoring 45 runs and along with him Ayush Mhatre has scored 73 runs. He also kept his batting strong for his team but they were not lucky to win. Only watched last 5 overs because felt game was going to the wire and it was indeed entertaining — Rabada can bat and it was good to see Rashid Khan hit few clean boundaries as well, it's been long since I saw him do so but he didn't look completely in touch either.

Yep Karachi kings really doing good in this season of Pakistan premier League, even if we look at the previous season then we saw them in the third number in point table and as well they were also a team who qualified to the eliminator round, although Karachi kings lose on the eliminator round in the previous season but they looks incredible in this season. Something like that they were unbeatable like we saw the Indian team in the Asian T20 cup and as well on the previous T20 world cup.
Even then there is a long road to go in this Pakistan super league but I am hoping for something good from Karachi kings in this Pakistan super League.

Rawalpindiz have lost three consecutive matches. In this match, the batsmen could not give a good enough target and the bowlers could not bowl aggressively. In this match, the batsmen of Rawalpindiz could not do well but in the previous two matches, the batsmen's performance was not bad. In the previous two matches, Rawalpindiz scored 214 and 197 runs but the bowlers failed.

If Rawalpindiz performs so badly, then it will not be possible for them to qualify because they have only 7 matches left. So, the players of rawalpindiz should improve their performance, otherwise they will lose to other teams as well.

By the way, I think Pindiz is a wonderful team, but they need to make some changes in their plan, such as kicking Muhammad Rizwan from the team, and also focus on some other players who know how to accelerate the game and balance every single situation, whether it is very hard or just hard.

Yes Mohammad Rizwan a little slowness and early wicket in Powerplay has become major issue as his current scoring speed of 112.5 is half of league average of 138. He used too many balls at very beginning and then lost his wicket which caused middle order to get into quite tricky position and gave bowlers of Islamabad mental edge. I think team has huge potential, but they have fallen into trust trap by using Rizwan as weight on high scoring pitches where pure attack is needed. Although act of kicking him out could be extreme, team should replace him with the Powerplay experts who can get 150 plus scoring speed with first ball. The Panthers need to fix this speed gap in order to be strong in this PSL and better balance safety and high speed beginnings that are needed to go after huge totals.
