Yes Mohammad Rizwan a little slowness and early wicket in Powerplay has become major issue as his current scoring speed of 112.5 is half of league average of 138. He used too many balls at very beginning and then lost his wicket which caused middle order to get into quite tricky position and gave bowlers of Islamabad mental edge. I think team has huge potential, but they have fallen into trust trap by using Rizwan as weight on high scoring pitches where pure attack is needed. Although act of kicking him out could be extreme, team should replace him with the Powerplay experts who can get 150 plus scoring speed with first ball. This is one of the slowest ever starts in the history of the Pakistan Super League. Scoring rate picked up only when Kamran Ghulam and Daryl Mitchell arrived at the crease. They scored at close to 10 runs per over, but even then they couldn't get to a winnable total. From Islamabad, all the bowlers except Salman Irshad did well. For some reason Irshad was wayward, leaking 52 runs in 4 overs. On the other hand, Imad Wasim, Richard Gleeson and Faheem Ashraf conceded less than 6 runs per over.

Abdullah Fazal is natural opening expert who had led recent National T20 Cup with a high strike rate but putting him as middle order finisher would be putting his ability of scoring quick in powerplay to waste. Meanwhile, Rizwan already has low strike rate and was also left out of the national T20 team due to his slow steady style of play not being good in modern game, although he still opens as the captain of his team. I think management of team is making wrong decision by choosing to use experience of Rizwan instead of current talent of Fazal. By swapping their positions, Fazal will be able to hit more balls when he is at his best and Rizwan be placed in area where steadiness is more helpful. Finally, by keeping this lineup, there is chance of losing matches and wasting best young opening talent that Pakistan has to protect spot of senior player.

Mohammad Rizwan should ideally bat at no.4 or 5 (or further down). I don't know why he decided to open the batting for the Pindiz. Abdullah Fazal did a decent job at no.6 BTW. He scored 23 from just 16 balls. But I agree with you that he should bat further up.

Mohammad Rizwan is now almost 34 years old. It's time to bring some changes and have any youngster bat at the top, but sadly their vision and strategy have never been about having creativity and having better results.
 
Now T20 is all about big hitters and good strike rates, which is not easy for veterans. RWP lost all games, and in the last game, their target was also not good. Abdullah Fazal is young and just 23 years old. Bringing him to the top is going to be a good change, and this can bring a good chance for RWP to have a good start and decent runs on board.

I expect RCB will score like 220ish and CSK is good enough to chase it down, but their confidence is the big question mark here.

That was a tough match for both teams because both teams gave excellent effort to win this match. Rishabh Pant performance was at top in this match because he made 68 runs in 50 balls and he was match winner player in this match because he was not out at the end of the match.Aiden Markram made 45 runs in just 27 Balls and played with excellent strike rate and he hit 6 fours and 2 sixes in this match and he played with strike rate of 166 in this match. Rishabh Pant played account to requirement of the team and situation of the match. Mohammed Shami played very well in this match and he took 2 wickets in this match and he was a only bowler who gave excellent effort in this match and he gave only 9 runs in this match.

RCB's five batsmen performed brilliantly today, especially Tim David's 70 off 25 balls was brilliant, besides captain Rajat Patidar scored 48 off 19 balls, RCB put up a huge total of 250 runs in 20 overs for the loss of just three wickets.
CSK's start in the second innings was not at all what it needed to be to overcome this run and win. They have already lost 3 wickets in five overs, including the important wicket of Sanju Samson. The current pair is very important to get the team into a good position. Here in Lahore weather was not good and I was expecting that match will not be played and each team will get one point but match was shortened to 13 overs and Lahore Qalandars made power hitting and they made 185 runs in 13 overs and that was huge run rate. Multan Sultan tried really well to reach that target but unfortunately the target was too much high. So they made only 165 runs and LQ won the match by 20 runs. That was an amazing match.

In the previous matches, Muhammad Amir played very badly for Pindiz , but this time he made progress; however, it did not provide any advantage to the team because at the end of the day, you lost the game, so what more?
