Quetta Gladiators easily beat Rawalpindiz by 61 runs after scoring 182/6, with strong 53 runs by captain Rilee Rossouw and fast 39 runs by Hasan Nawaz. Rawalpindiz chase failed badly as their captain Mohammad Rizwan was out on first ball itself and entire team all out with only 121 runs. This match showed that Quetta is very well even and confident team and Rawalpindiz team on other hand seemed to be lost with their fifth straight defeat. Quetta did wonderful job of mixing experienced with young talent where Rawalpindiz team was unable to play as team despite having big stars. Rawalpindiz are in serious trouble and likely can not make next round unless they can quickly fix their batting problems.

I think both batting and bowling batting problems need to be fixed as they scored 214 runs in the 1st match which was a huge target but their bowlers performed badly. Already they have lost 5 matches so will it be easy for them to advance to the next round? I don't think they can make it to the next round.

Today Peshawar Zalmi and Lahore Qalandars will face each other. In the last match Peshawar Zalmi won by performing brilliantly. But the performance of the Lahore Qalandars in the last match was very poor. Especially their batting line was very bad so the batsmen have to try to perform well in this match. I agree with you that Peshawar Zalmi will likely win today because players of Lahore are under too much pressure and can find no winning way. Any team cannot be successful without batters and bowlers playing at same time, yet currently Lahore is only team of individual players who are not working together as team. Exceptionally, I think match will be exciting.

Teams that regularly win close matches, such as Peshawar, have big advantage since they are able to remain calm in stressful situations while teams with superstar players tend to see that personal numbers do not turn into real victories. Peshawar is by far favorite due to their teamwork, but yes I believe that Lahore can make game interesting by playing with no lose feeling based on sudden talent of single player. IMO RCB did ok in batting. Vaibhav's inning pretty much put game in silver platter for RR, and formalities finished by rest, I mean when he got out rrr was 6.

I think it was Vaibhav who was thrashing everybody, would not blame Hazlewood much. But, yeah, it would be nice to have both of 'em in squad.

I find one thing about IPL the most interesting and it also makes its strength beautiful, that is each team has to make a target with good effort and the other team succeeds by fulfilling it with its strength and hard work. In this match too, Sunrises batsmen are playing well in the same effort and this time too they will go above 200 and strengthen the target and this target prepared by their hard work will be enough strong. Sunrises batsmen have tried 173 runs in 15 overs with their hard work and have lost 3 wickets, which is not too careless, but if they make these mistakes in the next over, it can be quite poor for them. Death overs bowling gives a big boost to PBKS because they give only 37 runs. They restricted SRH from 250 to 270, which was looking easily possible at the end of the first half, but now they are back into the game. The bowlers have made a good comeback now it's all about their batting.

Another time we have Lahore Qalandars vs Peshawar Zalmi, at the same time it is double header today. Before we have seen that Peshawar Zalmi won their couple of games and back to back domination was so good for them but now the next stage is to beat Lahore Qalandars too and so far in this edition of PSL, Lahore Qalandars is going average, often wins the game and often loses the game but overall, their team have to work on their full potential which can improve overall the quality of the game.

This was Chennai's biggest innings in this IPL. But Chennai managed to collect big innings in two matches before that. Despite collecting 200+ , they lost due to  the poor performance of the bowlers. Even after chennai collected big, I do not think they will be able to win. I have seen poor bowling by Chennai's bowlers in every match. Since the  pitch is batting friendly, there is no chance  of winning if the bowlers do not  do well.

It was a double header today, excited for another amazing or one-sided clash. Yup, i say this because we have many one sided games as well as intense close matches which is the reason every game always boost the excitement, PSL is going so good day by day but just the problem is, there are only two stadium hosting the entire season so pitch is not being so good, of course when you are having many games in single stadium pitch changes condition and deteriorate as more matches are played there.
