The match with Islamabad United the Babar's performance was awesome. He completed his century, and the reason is that he was going smartly and gradually. However, this time he just came in and tried to cover drive for the first ball, but he edged it to the keeper and was out. That was not pressure, it was his own mistake for not analyzing the bowler's style of bowling. He played a shot for the cover and lost his wicket, but the loss of his wicket did not put huge pressure on the team. Maybe the reason is the lower target, and they easily chased it.

I honestly couldn't enjoy the final match because it should have been a close fight with equal chances for both teams but it wasn't like that. The first innings was low and as a result the second innings also saw the same ratio of runs. If 180 plus or 190 plus runs had been scored in the first innings then the match would have been more interesting to watch. However, Babar Azam can consider himself a successful captain because his team won the title this season under his leadership.

Guys what do you think about the Pakistan Bangladesh series? They have also picked Shaheen Shah Afridi in the squad. I dont understand why they included him because he bowled very poorly in the PSL. They should drop him from the team and tell him to work on his pace and line and length if he wants to come back.

I also think bringing back Babar Azam and making Shan Masood captain is a good decision better than Salman Ali Agha. Including Salman Ali Agha in the middle order is also questionable as Mohammad Haris and Abdul Samad are far better choices. In my opinion he hasnt performed well as a captain or as a player and sometimes shows unnecessary attitude.

Attitude looks good on players like Virat Kohli and Hardik Pandya not on players who havent proven themselves consistently.

Pakistan needed the experience of Shaheen Shah Afridi in Test, he might not be in the best form in limited overs but in Test he might perform with the old ball reversing and he reduced his pace because of injury concerns and he has recurring knee issues.

Bringing back Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam for the series was a good move, the selectors are looking for the best combination of experience and youth and this can be called a revenge series after loosing to Bangladesh on home soil in 2024.

Interesting to see whether Abdullah Fazal, Azan Awais, Amad Butt and Muhammad Ghazi Ghori gets the opportunity to make their Test debut.

Yup, Ryan Rickelton and Rohit Sharma, the partnership was massive. Neither of them was looking at the field set because their game plan was to hit not the fours but the sixes, and at the same time, when they looked for the boundary, they smashed the ball, not looking around for where the fielders were. Due to their amazing efforts at the start, the latter batsmen did not feel much pressure and the game was won by the Mumbai Indians.
