It is because they took Nithish Kumar Reddy as direct replacement for Kungfu Pandaya, but no we can't go with the same combination if we are not playing Hardik there needs to make a comprimise with a batting slot to fit in a proper full time seamer rather than who can just bowl at 130Ks at maximum. This is the first T20 match of the Afghanistan Tour of India and this first match is very important for both the teams because this match will have a lot of impact in the next matches because after winning the first match, the mind gets relaxed for the next match and in this match, the Afghanistan team set a target of 156 runs by batting first in which they had a very bad start but two players in the middle helped a lot in achieving the target in which Azmatullah Omarzai scored 63 runs and he also got 21 extra runs and one thing is that the target they brought 20 overs late was completed by the opposing team India in 13 overs and four balls and won this match. In their team, Abhishek Sharma scored 82 runs and Ishan Kishan scored 42 runs, which covered a large part of their chasing target and in the same way, they defeated the Afghanistan team by winning the first T20 match.

I don't see the strength in Afghanistan that should be given so much importance because this series seems one-sided because from the first match itself it can be estimated that the Indian team is playing with strength. This will be seen in India itself. If Afghanistan's target is to victory, they will make changes, play matches against India and succeed and that will be interesting. Afghanistan will have to work hard as a whole team because their batsmen lost with a poor target and their bowlers lost without being tough, so they need a lot of effort to become strong. Indian batsmen achieved this target in 13 overs and victory and they can achieve an easier target in the next matches as well. Afghanistan's bowlers also did not effort much because taking 3 wickets is common and they did not work hard to stop the runs.

Sanju Samson is very mature for T20s. We have seen him perform well in several T20 matches and honestly I think he has enough potential to perform well. Yes, he may not be able to give his best performance to the team in the last few matches but I don't think his performance has put the team in danger. On the other hand, Abhishek Sharma is batting brilliantly. He has been giving some great innings with 200+ runs in almost every match which is easily taking the match from the opposition's hands to India. And if we talk about changing the players in the team, I don't think he will be needed in the next match. This team is well balanced and is enough to perform well against Afghanistan.

IND cricket team have good players and that is reason team is no 1 in the ranking and players of that team have full confidence to give their best for the country. Abhishek Sharma is gold of India team because he  always try to slog in every match and he has good luck and that  is reason he is available in the World ranking.

India team have more players who have great confidence like Sanju but he is not doing well at that time but that doesn't mean he is useless because he always give effort for the team. Omarzai made half century in this match but team performance was not good in this match which was the reason they lose this match and they deserve that .

India does have a tight schedule. They just won the match easily, and the third match is going to be a dead rubber. India should experiment in that match by resting players so that Afghanistan could get a fair chance of beating them. The Asian Games are coming up, followed by the West Indies series later this month, which features 3 ODIs and 5 T20Is.

Well as expected Indian side dominate and wrapped up the series by twice lead at home backyard and were expected to white wash them easily, Moreover I don't think in current era no one is even closer to Indian in term of batting depth, consistency as well as icc Ranking especially in shorter format, no doubt Afghanistan were always an underdog side at t20's but mostly when it comes to India they failed to hold thier nerve and giveaway their wicket quite losely at early stages and that's how it's almost 19th time they lose consistently against same opponent throughout different format, hope so their well known strength spin will help to revive their pride.

Sri Lanka cricket team lost the match by 119 runs and they played very bad in all formats because firstly they did bad bowling in this match and gave more runs as expected and after that there was bad batting by batters and 5 batters Could not enter in double figures and all team was out at just 135 runs in this match and Wellalage was only person who made 30+ runs in this match and other players could not make at least 30 runs for the team and they gave back to back wickets and lose this match by a big margin of 119 runs. Now England team is leading in this series and they will easily win this series because their team is very strong and performance of all players is best and all are fit players.

He's always travelling with the t-20 team and first 2 names to go into roaster when filling up opening slot. What else do you want? To get chances in ODI and test?

Over the last two years, the guy is averaging basically 40 at a strike rate of 161. Abhishek Sharma is behind him with a 37 average, even if he strikes at 196. who in the current Indian setup is actually putting up better numbers than Sanju Samson right now? Jaiswal and Gill. Vaibhav Sooryavanshi and Jaiswal are exceptional talent but you mentioned about the consistency and he does have a much better average than anyone in the Indian set up.

India is constantly rotating players. If you don't have a locked-in spot, the pressure gets insane, and you can't expect anyone to play freely under those conditions.

Why not give him a regular ODI spot? An average around 57—whether he’s keeping wickets or playing as a pure batter—is way too good to be left out of the squad.
