Afghanistan's uneven series with India ended with a whitewash. It has been predicted for a long time that Afghanistan will be whitewashed in this series.

If a player cannot secure his spot after literally winning you a World Cup, then the selection criteria is completely broken.

JPN player Davis scored 35 runs and this is the run that was more than all the players who did not do their duty. He was in horrendous form before the wc but still got in the squad because management wanted him, no matter what. He chipping in last few knockout matches is result of bench strength and that's what he was in for and trusted by management or let's say that's why strong backup player stay in the squad.

After 2022 t-20 wc disaster ( kl playing maiden over) in Australia, Jaiswal was in mix and every discussion for white ball format but didn't get a cap early. We did  not expect that kind of poor effort by Sri Lanka team as they were looking good team but they could not win single match in 3 matches series which is very embarrassing situation for that team as we know Nissanka is a good player and he is stylist player and always try to pay for the team. He tried to give good start to his team but other players could not stay on the Wicket and they gave back to back wickets in this match. The bowling performance of England team was good in the whole series and they got all matches without any hurdle. The Sri Lankan team did not play well in this match because their team had already been bowled out There were still a few overs left. If the players had played correctly their target would have been close to 150 If they had hit sixes and fours they could have scored even more.But they could not succeed. Pathum Nissanka remained strong and scored 36 runs but the rest of the players got out after scoring very low scores because their first inning players could not last long due to which their team kept losing courage and the result was their failure On the other hand the England team played great because they had achieved their target in 10 overs which only a few players were involved in making This victory has left a good impression on their record and they won this match by 8 wickets

Harry Brook, who gave away only 33 runs in this match and was run out, but still it did not make much difference to the England team because Jos Buttler, who was the opener of his team, scored 62 runs and only two players of the England team were out and this match was completed in which Sri Lanka faced a failure on the day and the England team won this third ODI match.

This tour has two parts T20 and ODI formats. 3 matches T20 competition among ENG squad and SL squad has recently been completed and this format looked fully one sided to me. SL squad needs a lot of improvement in both bat and ball if they want to defeat Eng in next upcoming one day format. Looking at SL current condition, I feel there is also strong possibility that they could face whitewash in one day format.

1st ODI match among two squads will be played tomorrow and Eng squad will be looking to win this match as well.

In 3rd T20 match, SL could manage to collect only 124 scores in their 20 over inning. Their top order batter Pathum Nissanka and middle order batter Kamindu Mendis managed to cross 30 scores mark while almost all of Eng squad bowlers picked up wickets and put SL squad under pressure by restricting them to low total. This further increased Eng squad chances of winning match. On other side, Jos Buttler batter played some excellent shots with bat. He also achieved fifty in this match which made victory much easier for Eng squad.
