After seeing the first two matches, I was expecting New Zealand to win at least two matches in this series, but my expectation had disappeared after watching the victory of India in the 3rd T20 match. That's why I avoided placing bets on New Zealand in the last two matches, and they won both of them .

There was embarrassment for New Zealand because they could not win this series on their home ground which was a golden chance for them to win this series by 5-0 or 4-1 but there was three matches which made this series one sided. Glenn Phillips was only person who played very well in this series and made score in every match. Iyer is not doing well for the team which is not good for him and his team won but Gautam thought there is no role of captain in the win of any team because team role matters which decides you will win or lose . New Zealand is happy with the result because they closed this series by win and IND lose back to back two matches and New Zealand have positive energy and IND have Negative energy at that time.

Yeah. India's bowling lineup definitely needs a boost which they will probably get soon as @JSRAW mentioned. With their current batting lineup, they are a monsterous T20 team. They comfortably won this series which is what truly matters at the end of the day.

Still, think kiwis bowlers bowled better knuckle balls throughout the series. Bhuvi had good knuckle ball but don't think he used it much here.

Never really liked Bhuvi's bowling, but the dude truly deserved another opportunity despite underperforming after his recent IPL stint.

There is no doubt about the immense talent in the batting lineup. The problem is that after winning the T20 World Cup, India lost both matches against Ireland and lost every single match against England.

During that tour, our famed batting failed miserably, and without Bumrah, the bowlers are struggling as well. I am actually still pissed about the loss against Ireland because I lost a few bets on it. That is why I was so surprised when India won back-to-back games against New Zealand and won the series.

I have said in my previous posts that newzealand was lacking somewhere like they were not able to finish the match at the end of the game that was the reason behind their first three losses in the series against indian team otherwise they were looking in a great form like to defeat india you have to struggle and fight till last. So in the last t20 if we see their performances that was outstanding both from the bowling and batting side. They took 8 wickets of indian team and restrict them to 191 runs. Adam milne what a bowling by him as he took 4 wickets and give only 19 runs in 4 overs and in batting side glenn phillips and Tim seifert bats very well and finish the game before 2 overs and win the game by 7 wickets but unfortunately series winner was india.

Yeah, but it doesn’t matter now. The way India showed confidence and the level of batting they show at the start of the series made it clear that they will win the series. India’s bowling in this series was not that good. New Zealand also need some good bowlers because their bowling lineup is not that strong . They need Trent Boult type bowlers who can take early wickets and build pressure on the opposition. If New Zealand want to compete in future series and tournaments, they really need to find some quality fast bowlers.

IPL did wonder for Indian cricket and because of this they have scary bench strength but it does have chinks in armour and it shows from time to time but that's fine because this sorts out the law of averages when ICC tournaments comes.

Fantasise about same setup in ranji, that would be something if they managed to pull it off in near future.

If New Zealand gives IND a difficult competition, then only in this series we will be able to praise NZ, otherwise it will be a shame for them on the field.
